5216 say\u0131l\u0131 B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Kanunu\u2019nun Ek Madde 3\u2019\u00fc ile 7254 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun\u2019un 10. maddesi kapsam\u0131nda, k\u0131rsal mahalle ve k\u0131rsal yerle\u015fik alan y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi do\u011frultusunda \u00c7ameli il\u00e7esi s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde bulunan mahallelerin k\u0131rsal yerle\u015fim \u00f6zelli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131p ta\u015f\u0131mad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n tespiti konusu \u00c7ameli Belediye Meclisinde g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n
31 Aral\u0131k 2025 tarihinde sona eren yasal d\u00fczenleme \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, mahalle muhtarlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n talepleri de dikkate al\u0131narak yap\u0131lan de\u011ferlendirmeler sonucunda; \u00c7ameli merkez mahalleler hari\u00e7 k\u00f6yden d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fen t\u00fcm mahallelerin k\u0131rsal mahalle stat\u00fcs\u00fcnde kalmas\u0131n\u0131n uygun oldu\u011funa Belediye Meclisinde oy birli\u011fi ile karar verilmi\u015ftir. Al\u0131nan bu karar, ilgili mevzuat gere\u011fi Denizli B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Meclisi\u2019ne g\u00f6nderilecek olup, nihai karar B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Meclisi taraf\u0131ndan verilecektir.<\/p>\n
“Tek amac\u0131m\u0131z k\u0131rsal ya\u015fam\u0131n te\u015fvik edilmesi ve vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n mevcut hak ve imkanlardan yararlanmas\u0131d\u0131r”

Bu karar ile ama\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131rsal alanda vatanda\u015flar\u0131n desteklenmesi oldu\u011funu belirten \u00c7ameli Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Cengiz Arslan; “Bu karar ile temel amac\u0131m\u0131z; k\u0131rsalda ya\u015fayan vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n desteklenmesi, k\u0131rsal ya\u015fam\u0131n te\u015fvik edilmesi ve vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n mevcut hak ve imkanlardan yararlanma ya devam etmesinin sa\u011flanmas\u0131d\u0131r. Al\u0131nan karar\u0131n il\u00e7emize ve t\u00fcm mahallelerimize hay\u0131rl\u0131 ve u\u011furlu olmas\u0131n\u0131 dileriz” dedi.
