Tar\u0131m ve Orman Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Tohumluk Tescil ve Sertifikasyon Merkez M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne \u201cBayraktar\u201d ve \u201cBrezza\u201d adlar\u0131 ile sunulan iki biber \u00e7e\u015fidi, Standart Tohumluk Kay\u0131t Listesinde (Sebze \u00c7e\u015fitleri)  yer ald\u0131.<br \/>\n<br \/>Proje Y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc E\u00dc Ziraat Fak\u00fcltesi Bah\u00e7e Bitkileri B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi Prof. Dr. \u0130brahim Duman, KFC G\u0131da A.\u015e Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Birol Celep, proje ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131; Prof. Dr. Eftal D\u00fczyaman, Prof. Dr. M. Kadri Bozokalfa, Dr. Tansel Kayg\u0131s\u0131z, Ziraat M\u00fchendisi Tuncay Afacan ve Fatih Mehmet \u00d6zg\u00fcven; E\u00dc Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Necdet Budak\u2019\u0131 makam\u0131nda ziyaret ederek projenin detaylar\u0131n\u0131 payla\u015ft\u0131.<br \/>\n<br \/>Proje ekibini tebrik eden Ege \u00dcniversitesi Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Necdet Budak, \u201cEge \u00dcniversitesi olarak \u00fcniversite-sanayi i\u015f birli\u011fi kapsam\u0131nda \u00f6rnek projelere imza atmaya devam ediyoruz. T\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada \u00f6zellikle pandemi sonras\u0131nda tar\u0131m\u0131n \u00f6nemi bir kez daha anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. \u00dclkemizin say\u0131l\u0131 Ziraat Fak\u00fcltelerinden birisine sahip olan \u00dcniversitemizde bu bilin\u00e7le tar\u0131m, g\u0131da ve sa\u011fl\u0131k temalar\u0131n\u0131 ortak paydada bulu\u015fturarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131za devam ediyoruz. KFC G\u0131da A.\u015e. ile y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz ortak proje \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde \u2018Bayraktar\u2019 ve \u2018Brezza\u2019 adlar\u0131yla iki biber \u00e7e\u015fidi, Tar\u0131m ve Orman Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Tohumluk Tescil ve Sertifikasyon Merkez M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan tescillendi ve ticari anlamda da ilgi g\u00f6rd\u00fc. Akademi ve sanayinin ortak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alan\u0131na \u00f6rnek te\u015fkil eden ve ekonomik anlamda katma de\u011fer sa\u011flayan projeyi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren Ziraat Fak\u00fcltemiz hocalar\u0131n\u0131 ve KFC G\u0131da A.\u015e. ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 tebrik ediyor, ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n devam\u0131n\u0131 diliyorum. Tam akredite sa\u011fl\u0131k temal\u0131 bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u00fcniversitesi olarak, \u00fclkemizin \u2018T\u00fcrkiye Y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131\u2019 hedefleri do\u011frultusunda, yerli ve milli bir anlay\u0131\u015fla; kaliteli, verimli, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir, kay\u0131tl\u0131 ve tescilli \u00fcretime \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck edece\u011fiz \u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSalamura-tur\u015fu alan\u0131nda ilk tescil alan \u00e7e\u015fitler\u201d<br \/>\n<br \/>Proje hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren Prof. Dr. \u0130brahim Duman, \u201cProje \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 Ziraat Fak\u00fcltemizin Bah\u00e7e Bitkileri B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc uygulama ve ara\u015ft\u0131rma alanlar\u0131 ile \u00fc\u00e7burun biberinin yo\u011fun yeti\u015ftiricili\u011finin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 Manisa-Muradiye-Pelitalan K\u00f6y\u00fc, Bal\u0131kesir Bigadi\u00e7 ve Bal\u0131kesir \u0130vrindi \u00fcretici alanlar\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. KFC G\u0131da A.\u015e. finansman\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen proje \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ile tescil edilen \u00e7e\u015fitler de\u011ferlendirilme \u015fekilleri (salamura\/tur\u015fu) esas al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00fclkemizde ilk tescil alan \u00e7e\u015fitler konumundad\u0131r. Tescil edilen iki \u00e7e\u015fit de KFC G\u0131da A.\u015e. taraf\u0131ndan s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli \u00fcretim yap\u0131lan b\u00f6lgelerde verim ve kalite \u00f6zellikleri bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00fcreticiler taraf\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck ilgi g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u201d dedi.<br \/>\n<br \/>Tescil alan biber \u00e7e\u015fitlerinin morfolojik ve g\u00f6rsel \u00f6zelliklerini anlatan Prof. Dr. Duman, \u201cBayraktar ismini verdi\u011fimiz \u00e7e\u015fidimiz; 80-90 santimetre y\u00fcksekli\u011finde ve 60-70 santimetre geni\u015fli\u011finde bitki habit\u00fcs\u00fc olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Yapraklar\u0131 dar-uzun, ucu sivri, koyu ye\u015fil, \u00e7i\u00e7ek ta\u00e7 yapraklar\u0131 beyaz, kirli beyaz, \u00e7i\u00e7ekleri yere bakar \u00f6zelliktedir. U\u00e7 s\u00fcrg\u00fcnler \u00e7ok k\u0131r\u0131lgand\u0131r, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla hasatta dikkat ister. Meyveleri koyu ye\u015fildir, bitki \u00fczerinde genelde yukar\u0131 bakar konumdad\u0131r. Meyveler 2,0-2,5 santimetre \u00e7ap ve 4-5 santimetre uzunlukta, ac\u0131, tam olgunlukta k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 renklidir. Ortalama verimi 4-5 ton\/da \u015feklindedir.<br \/>\n<br \/>Brezza \u00e7e\u015fidimiz ise; 90-100 santimetre y\u00fcksekli\u011finde, 80-90 santimetre geni\u015fli\u011finde bitki habit\u00fcs\u00fc olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Yapraklar\u0131 geni\u015f-uzun, ucu sivri, koyu ye\u015fil, \u00e7i\u00e7ek ta\u00e7 yapraklar\u0131 beyaz, kirli beyazd\u0131r.  \u00c7i\u00e7ek ve meyveleri genelde yana ve yere bakar konumdad\u0131r. Meyveler 2,5-4,0 santimetre \u00e7ap ve 7-8 santimetre uzunlukta, ac\u0131, tam olgunlukta k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 renklidir. Ar-ge b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc teknik elemanlar\u0131n\u0131n bitkisel \u00f6zellik ve meyve \u00f6zellik istekleri \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde yerli ve milli kaynaklar kullan\u0131larak yeni \u00e7e\u015fit adaylar\u0131n\u0131n tescil ba\u015fvurusunun yap\u0131lmas\u0131na devam edilecektir.
