Edinilen bilgilere g\u00f6re Hasan \u00d6zt\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn (63) ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 m\u00fcstakil evden gelen silah sesleri \u00fczerine kom\u015fular\u0131 adrese y\u00f6neldi. Cam\u0131n k\u0131r\u0131k oldu\u011fu fark eden kom\u015fular i\u00e7eriye bakt\u0131klar\u0131nda ise \u00d6zt\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fc kanlar i\u00e7erisinde buldu. \u0130hbar \u00fczerine b\u00f6lgeye jandarma ve sa\u011fl\u0131k ekipleri sevk edildi. Sa\u011fl\u0131k ekipleri Hasan \u00d6zt\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitirdi\u011fini belirledi. Cumhuriyet Savc\u0131s\u0131 ve olay yeri inceleme ekiplerinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan Hasan \u00d6zt\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn cans\u0131z bedeni otopsi yap\u0131lmak \u00fczere Adli T\u0131p Kurumu Grup Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 morguna kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<br \/>\n<br \/>Hasan \u00d6zt\u00fcrk ile ayn\u0131 evde farkl\u0131 odalarda uyuyan ve 5 y\u0131ll\u0131k e\u015fi E.\u00d6., jandarma ekipleri taraf\u0131ndan ifadesi al\u0131nmak \u00fczere jandarma karakoluna g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. Otopsisinde sol elinden ve y\u00fcz\u00fcnden vuruldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclen Hasan \u00d6zt\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn cinayete kurban gitti\u011fi belirlendi. Jandarma taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan incelemelerde pencereden evin i\u00e7erisinde sandalye \u00fczerindeki Hasan \u00d6zt\u00fcrk\u2019e av t\u00fcfe\u011fi ile ate\u015f a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitirdi\u011fi tespit edildi.
