Ayd\u0131n\u2019\u0131n Buharkent il\u00e7esi \u00dc\u00e7 Eyl\u00fcl Mahallesi\u2019nde 7 Temmuz 2005 tarihinde meydana gelen cinayet olay\u0131, 21 y\u0131l sonra \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcld\u00fc. Edinilen bilgiye g\u00f6re, H.K. isimli \u015fah\u0131s, V.D. isimli ki\u015fi taraf\u0131ndan ate\u015fli silahla \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f, olayla ilgili y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen soru\u015fturmada V.D.\u2019ye yard\u0131m ederek motosikletle olay yerine g\u00f6t\u00fcren \u015fah\u0131s tespit edilemedi\u011fi i\u00e7in dosya faili me\u00e7hul olarak kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.

Aradan ge\u00e7en y\u0131llar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan dosya, Ayd\u0131n \u0130l Jandarma Komutanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 JASAT dedektifleri ile Nazilli Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 Faili Me\u00e7hul Cinayetler B\u00fcrosu koordinesinde yeniden ele al\u0131nd\u0131. Titizlikle y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131nda olay\u0131n t\u00fcm detaylar\u0131 yeniden incelendi, tan\u0131k ifadeleri ve deliller de\u011ferlendirildi. Yap\u0131lan kapsaml\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar neticesinde, olayda V.D.\u2019ye yard\u0131m eden \u015fahs\u0131n S.D. oldu\u011fu tespit edildi. \u015e\u00fcpheli hakk\u0131nda gerekli adli i\u015flemler ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilirken, \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 mahkemece tutuklanarak cezaevine g\u00f6nderildi. B\u00f6ylece, 2005 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana faili me\u00e7hul olarak kay\u0131tlarda yer alan cinayet dosyas\u0131, zaman a\u015f\u0131m\u0131na u\u011framadan ayd\u0131nlat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f oldu.
