Sopakoymaz, hurman\u0131n bak\u0131r, magnezyum, selenyum ve manganez a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan zengin bir meyve oldu\u011funu belirterek, &#8220;Hurma y\u0131l\u0131n her d\u00f6neminde bulunabiliyor ancak \u00f6zellikle Ramazan ay\u0131nda t\u00fcketimi art\u0131yor.
