Olay, ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz g\u00fcnlerde hastane yerle\u015fkesinde meydana geldi. Edinilen bilgiye g\u00f6re, tedavi amac\u0131yla hastaneye gelen bir vatanda\u015f hastane bah\u00e7esinde bulundu\u011fu s\u0131rada ziynet e\u015fyas\u0131n\u0131 fark etmeden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrd\u00fc. G\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde bah\u00e7ede s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen rutin temizlik ve \u00e7evre d\u00fczenleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda temizlik personeli Ferdi \u015eim\u015fek buldu\u011fu ziynet e\u015fyas\u0131n\u0131 vakit kaybetmeden hastane y\u00f6netimine bildirdi. Hastane y\u00f6netimi taraf\u0131ndan g\u00fcvenlik birimleri arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar neticesinde, kay\u0131p ba\u015fvurusunda bulunan vatanda\u015f\u0131n bilgileri ile bulunan e\u015fyan\u0131n \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc tespit edildi.
