Yap\u0131 stoku \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda Bayrakl\u0131 ve Bornova\u2019da 96 bin binan\u0131n \u00f6n incelemesi yap\u0131ld\u0131. Kar\u015f\u0131yaka\u2019da 22 bin 500 binan\u0131n incelendi\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada ise saha a\u015famas\u0131 tamamland\u0131. Bornova\u2019da mikrob\u00f6lgeleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 tamamlayan B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir, zemin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na Kar\u015f\u0131yaka\u2019da devam ediyor. &#8220;\u0130zmir Depremsellik ve Tsunami Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131&#8221; kapsam\u0131nda kentin k\u0131y\u0131 kesimleri i\u00e7in tsunami risk haritalar\u0131 da olu\u015fturuldu. Yap\u0131 envanteri, depremsellik-tsunami ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 ve zemin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 birlikte y\u00fcr\u00fcten B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n verileriyle Deprem Master Plan\u0131\u2019n\u0131 tamamlayacak.<\/p>\n<p>Kar\u015f\u0131yaka\u2019n\u0131n yap\u0131lar\u0131na mercek<br \/>\n<br \/>\u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Afet \u0130\u015fleri Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, Bornova ve Bayrakl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan Kar\u015f\u0131yaka\u2019da ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yap\u0131 stoku \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n saha a\u015famas\u0131n\u0131 tamamlad\u0131. \u0130n\u015faat m\u00fchendislerinden olu\u015fan uzman ekip 27 mahalledeki 22 bin 500 yap\u0131n\u0131n, muhtemel bir deprem an\u0131nda verece\u011fi tepkiyi belirlemek i\u00e7in \u00f6n inceleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 bitirdi. \u0130n\u015faat M\u00fchendisleri Odas\u0131 \u0130zmir \u015eubesi ile y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131nda detayl\u0131 analiz gerektiren binalar\u0131 belirlemek i\u00e7in iki a\u015famal\u0131 y\u00f6ntem uyguland\u0131.<br \/>\n<br \/>\u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Afet \u0130\u015fleri Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Yap\u0131 \u0130nceleme ve \u0130yile\u015ftirme \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019nde g\u00f6revli y\u00fcksek in\u015faat m\u00fchendisi Rana \u015eenkaya, &#8220;Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardaki amac\u0131m\u0131z, yap\u0131lar\u0131n deprem etkisi alt\u0131ndaki davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 belirlemek. B\u00f6ylece gelecekteki kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm, \u015fehir planlamas\u0131 ile Deprem Master Plan\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli veriler sunmu\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu. Yap\u0131 stoku \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n riskli yap\u0131 tespiti olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, b\u00f6lgesel bazl\u0131 binalar aras\u0131nda bir \u00f6nceliklendirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 oldu\u011funu aktaran \u015eenkaya, &#8220;Biz bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sayesinde yap\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n deprem etkisi alt\u0131ndaki g\u00fcvenli\u011fini ortaya koymay\u0131 hedefliyoruz&#8221; dedi.<br \/>\n<br \/>\u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, yap\u0131 stoku \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda Bayrakl\u0131 ve Bornova\u2019da 96 bin binan\u0131n \u00f6n incelemesini tamamlad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 kentler i\u00e7in yerin alt\u0131na inildi<br \/>\n<br \/>Bornova\u2019da mikrob\u00f6lgeleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 tamamlayan \u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, Kar\u015f\u0131yaka\u2019da zemin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. 2 bin hektarl\u0131k alanda devam eden sondaj \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 zeminleri bilimsel verilerle ortaya koymay\u0131 hedefliyor. Projede 120 sondaj kuyusu a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 planlan\u0131rken, bug\u00fcne kadar 60 kuyu tamamland\u0131. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131nda toplam 7 bin metrelik sondaj ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilerek. Zeminden al\u0131nan numuneler, detayl\u0131 analiz i\u00e7in Ege \u015eehir Laboratuvar\u0131\u2019na g\u00f6nderiliyor.<br \/>\n<br \/>Proje kontrol \u015fefi olarak g\u00f6rev yapan jeoloji m\u00fchendisi K\u0131van\u00e7 S\u00f6zen, sondaj \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n zemin t\u00fcr\u00fcne g\u00f6re farkl\u0131 derinliklerde yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, &#8220;Al\u00fcvyon zeminlerde 200 metrelik, kayal\u0131k zeminlerde ise 300 metrelik karelajlar olu\u015fturduk. Sondaj derinlikleri 30 metre ile 300 metre aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fiyor&#8221; dedi. S\u00f6zen, kayal\u0131k alanlarda ise ortalama 20 metre derinli\u011fe kadar sondaj yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aktard\u0131. S\u00f6zen, ayr\u0131ca Kar\u015f\u0131yaka\u2019da d\u00f6rt farkl\u0131 noktada e\u015f zamanl\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131nda elde edilen verilerin yaln\u0131zca afet risklerinin belirlenmesinde de\u011fil, yap\u0131la\u015fma kararlar\u0131ndan kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine kadar pek \u00e7ok alanda sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 kent planlamas\u0131n\u0131n temelini olu\u015fturaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131.<br \/>\n<br \/>B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir, Bornova\u2019daki mikrob\u00f6lgeleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda 7 bin 12 hektarl\u0131k alanda yakla\u015f\u0131k 1500 adet sondaj kuyusu a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Di\u011fer 11 merkez il\u00e7ede \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n etaplar halinde tamamlanmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>Deprem ve tsunami tehlikesine kar\u015f\u0131 uluslararas\u0131 i\u015f birli\u011fi<br \/>\n<br \/>\u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, Orta Do\u011fu Teknik \u00dcniversitesi, \u00c7anakkale Onsekiz Mart \u00dcniversitesi ve \u0130zmir Y\u00fcksek Teknoloji Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc i\u015f birli\u011fiyle y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen &#8220;\u0130zmir Depremsellik ve Tsunami Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131&#8221; kapsam\u0131nda kentin k\u0131y\u0131 kesimleri i\u00e7in tsunami risk haritalar\u0131 olu\u015fturdu. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 30 bin farkl\u0131 senaryonun de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar sonucunda, 600 kilometrelik k\u0131y\u0131 \u015feridi boyunca &#8220;Olas\u0131l\u0131ksal Tsunami Bask\u0131n Haritalar\u0131&#8221; haz\u0131rland\u0131. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar do\u011frultusunda Seferihisar il\u00e7esinin, UNESCO destekli CosastWAVE Projesi kapsam\u0131nda d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda sertifikaland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131ld\u0131. Proje kapsam\u0131nda tsunami tahliye haritalar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131, tabelalar\u0131n yerle\u015ftirilmesi, e\u011fitim ve tatbikatlar\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi planlan\u0131yor. Ama\u00e7, \u0130zmir\u2019in t\u00fcm k\u0131y\u0131 il\u00e7elerini tsunamiye haz\u0131r hale getirmek.<\/p>\n<p>Heyelan ve zemin riskleri haritaland\u0131<br \/>\n<br \/>\u0130zmir\u2019in 30 il\u00e7esini kapsayan heyelan envanteri \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131yla mevcut ve potansiyel risk alanlar\u0131 Co\u011frafi Bilgi Sistemi (CBS) ortam\u0131nda haritaland\u0131. Elde edilen veriler, kentsel planlama ve afet risk azaltma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na altl\u0131k olu\u015ftururken, kritik b\u00f6lgelerde al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken m\u00fchendislik \u00f6nlemleri i\u00e7in teknik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n ba\u015flat\u0131lmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130zmir ve \u00e7evresindeki faylar ele al\u0131n\u0131yor<br \/>\n<br \/>\u00d6te yandan \u0130zmir ve yak\u0131n \u00e7evresindeki aktif fay hatlar\u0131, paleosismoloji \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bi\u00e7imde ele al\u0131n\u0131yor. A\u00e7\u0131lan hendekler sayesinde faylar\u0131n ge\u00e7mi\u015fte ka\u00e7 deprem \u00fcretti\u011fi, tekrar aral\u0131klar\u0131 ve muhtemel deprem b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fckleri belirleniyor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fczde 80 oran\u0131nda bitirildi.<br \/>\n<br \/>25 aktif fay hatt\u0131 \u00fczerinde 2 metre geni\u015fli\u011finde, 4 metre derinli\u011finde yer yer 40 metre uzunlu\u011funda yakla\u015f\u0131k 111 lokasyonunda planlanan hendeklerden 90\u2019\u0131 (il s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde 64 adet, il d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda 26 adet) tamamland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130zmir Deprem Master Plan\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 s\u00fcr\u00fcyor<br \/>\n<br \/>\u0130zmir Deprem Master Plan\u0131 haz\u0131rl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 da devam ediyor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar; Dokuz Eyl\u00fcl \u00dcniversitesi ile \u0130zmir Y\u00fcksek Teknoloji Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc i\u015f birli\u011finde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcrken, deprem tehlikesinin bilimsel y\u00f6ntemlerle de\u011ferlendirilmesi, planlama ve imar kararlar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilmesi, hukuki ve mali \u00e7er\u00e7evenin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi ile toplum temelli afet bilincinin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<br \/>\n<br \/>Deprem Master Plan\u0131, \u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi\u2019nin 2025-2029 Stratejik Plan\u0131\u2019nda yer alan &#8220;\u00c7oklu Krizlere Diren\u00e7li Kent Belediyecili\u011fi&#8221; hedefiyle uyumlu olarak haz\u0131rlan\u0131yor. Plan\u0131n bilimsel altyap\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7in yap\u0131 stoku envanteri, depremsellik ve tsunami ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131, mikrob\u00f6lgeleme et\u00fct \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, g\u00fcvenli kent planlamas\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli t\u00fcm veriler tek \u00e7at\u0131 alt\u0131nda toplanm\u0131\u015f olacak. Plan kapsam\u0131nda 8 ana ba\u015fl\u0131kta \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek.<\/p>\n<p>Toplanma ve bar\u0131nma alanlar\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendiriliyor<br \/>\n<br \/>AFAD koordinasyonunda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131nda \u0130zmir genelinde 71 bar\u0131nma alan\u0131 ve 2 bin 425 toplanma alan\u0131 da belirlendi. Bu alanlara ili\u015fkin altyap\u0131 ve \u00fcstyap\u0131 iyile\u015ftirmeleri s\u00fcrerken, t\u00fcm veriler Co\u011frafi Bilgi Sistemi \u00fczerinden dijital ortama aktar\u0131l\u0131yor.
