E\u00dc M\u00fchendislik Fak\u00fcltesi Elektrik-Elektronik M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi Prof. Dr. Erkan Me\u015fe dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen lisans bitirme projesinde, son s\u0131n\u0131f \u00f6\u011frencisi \u015eevket Boyatan &#8220;Y\u00fcksek H\u0131zl\u0131 Elektrik Motoru&#8221; geli\u015ftirdi.<br \/>\n<br \/>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de seri \u00fcretimi s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olan y\u00fcksek h\u0131zl\u0131 motor teknolojilerine y\u00f6nelik ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen proje ile y\u00fcksek verimlilik, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc ve sanayiye uyarlanabilir yerli bir prototip ortaya konulmas\u0131 hedeflendi.<br \/>\n<br \/>Ege \u00dcniversitesi Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Musa Alc\u0131, ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendis aday\u0131 \u015eevket Boyatan\u2019\u0131 ve dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131 Prof. Dr. Erkan Me\u015fe\u2019yi bu \u00f6nemli ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 tebrik etti.<br \/>\n<br \/>Projeye ili\u015fkin bilgi veren Prof. Dr. Erkan Me\u015fe, &#8220;\u00d6\u011frencimiz, tasar\u0131m\u0131 ve prototiplemesi tamamen kendisine ait olan y\u00fcksek h\u0131zl\u0131 bir elektrik motoru geli\u015ftirdi. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de standart bir elektrik motorunun h\u0131z\u0131 genellikle dakikada 3 bin devir civar\u0131ndayken, geli\u015ftirilen bu motor yakla\u015f\u0131k 12 bin devir h\u0131z\u0131na ula\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Y\u00fcksek h\u0131z, beraberinde \u00e7e\u015fitli teknolojik zorluklar olu\u015ftursa da  bu t\u00fcr motorlar\u0131n savunma sanayinden biyomedikal uygulamalara, elektrikli ara\u00e7lardan end\u00fcstrideki \u00f6zel projelere kadar olduk\u00e7a geni\u015f bir kullan\u0131m alan\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmayla, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de seri \u00fcretimi s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olan y\u00fcksek h\u0131zl\u0131 motor teknolojilerine y\u00f6nelik yerli, verimli ve sanayiye uyarlanabilir bir prototip ortaya koymay\u0131 hedefledik. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de y\u00fcksek h\u0131zl\u0131 motor teknolojisi, \u00f6zellikle seri \u00fcretim anlam\u0131nda hen\u00fcz istenilen seviyede de\u011fildir&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Proje, yerli m\u00fchendisli\u011fin sahada kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k buldu\u011funu g\u00f6sterdi&#8221;<br \/>\n<br \/>Geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi motorla ilgili bilgi veren M\u00fchendislik Fak\u00fcltesi Elektrik-Elektronik M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc son s\u0131n\u0131f \u00f6\u011frencisi \u015eevket Boyatan, &#8220;\u00dcniversitedeki m\u00fchendislik altyap\u0131s\u0131yla ba\u015flat\u0131lan bu proje, yerli firmalar\u0131n katk\u0131s\u0131yla sahada kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan bir \u00fcr\u00fcne d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle sadece teknik bir ba\u015far\u0131 de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda yerli m\u00fchendislik altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ve sanayi-\u00fcniversite dayan\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n somut bir \u00f6rne\u011fi olarak ortaya konmu\u015ftur. Geli\u015ftirdi\u011fim motor, y\u00fcksek h\u0131zl\u0131 ve f\u0131r\u00e7as\u0131z motor kategorisinde yer al\u0131yor. Tasar\u0131m\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck fark\u0131, i\u00e7 konfig\u00fcrasyonunda yap\u0131lan \u00f6zel de\u011fi\u015fikliklerden kaynaklan\u0131yor. Di\u011fer motorlara k\u0131yasla \u00e7ok daha y\u00fcksek verimlilik sunan bu yap\u0131, kapal\u0131 tasar\u0131m\u0131 sayesinde daha sessiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor ve g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc oran\u0131n\u0131 minimum seviyeye indiriyor. Bu \u00f6zellikleri sayesinde pompa ve havaland\u0131rma sistemleri ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere sanayinin pek \u00e7ok alan\u0131nda kullan\u0131ma uygun bir yap\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Prototip \u00fcretim s\u00fcreci, Faz Elektrik Motor Sanayi firmas\u0131yla yap\u0131lan i\u015f birli\u011fiyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Motorun sar\u0131m a\u015famas\u0131nda ise Volt Bobinaj\u2019dan destek al\u0131nd\u0131. Bu d\u0131\u015f destekler d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda tasar\u0131m, analiz ve prototipleme s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin tamam\u0131n\u0131, Prof. Dr. Erkan Me\u015fe\u2019nin dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bizzat kendim tamamlad\u0131m.
