Konak il\u00e7esine ba\u011fl\u0131 Alsancak ve Kordon Boyu mevkilerinde ya\u011f\u0131\u015fla birlikte altyap\u0131da geri tepmeler meydana geldi. R\u00f6garlar\u0131n ta\u015fmas\u0131 sonucu yollar ve sahil \u015feridindeki ye\u015fil alanlar suya teslim oldu. Y\u00fckselen su seviyesi nedeniyle ara\u00e7lar ilerlemekte g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck \u00e7ekerken, b\u00f6lgedeki vatanda\u015flar da zor anlar ya\u015fad\u0131. Su bask\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 alanda bir vatanda\u015f ise duruma dikkat \u00e7ekmek i\u00e7in ilgin\u00e7 bir y\u00f6nteme ba\u015fvurdu. G\u00f6le d\u00f6nen caddede eline ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 oltay\u0131 su birikintisine atan Hakan Acat, altyap\u0131 sorunlar\u0131na bal\u0131k tutmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak tepki g\u00f6sterdi.
