JASAT ve \u0130stihbarat \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ekiplerince aranan \u015fah\u0131slar\u0131n yakalanmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen istihbari ve saha \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sonucunda; bina i\u00e7inde muhafaza alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f e\u015fya hakk\u0131nda h\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131k, h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc veya tutuklunun ka\u00e7mas\u0131, resmi belgenin d\u00fczenlenmesinde yalan beyan, ruhsats\u0131z ate\u015fli silah ve mermi bulundurma, trafik g\u00fcvenli\u011fini tehlikeye sokma, basit yaralama, hakaret ve tehdit su\u00e7lar\u0131ndan toplam 7 y\u0131l 16 g\u00fcn kesinle\u015fmi\u015f hapis cezas\u0131 bulunan firarinin yeri tespit edildi.

Titiz takip ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar neticesinde gizlendi\u011fi Bal\u0131kesir\u2019in Erdek il\u00e7esinde d\u00fczenlenen operasyonla yakalanan \u015f\u00fcpheli, g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131. Adli makamlara sevk edilen \u015fah\u0131s tutuklanarak Band\u0131rma T Tipi Kapal\u0131 Ceza \u0130nfaz Kurumuna teslim edildi.
