Kaza, \u0130zmir-Ankara D300 kara yolu B\u00fclent Ecevit K\u00f6pr\u00fcl\u00fc Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131 giri\u015finde meydana geldi. Edinilen bilgilere g\u00f6re, Salihli\u2019den Kula istikametine seyir halinde olan E.G. y\u00f6netimindeki 45 AGL 582 plakal\u0131 kamyon, yolun kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131na ge\u00e7meye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan Osman Akta\u015f\u2019a (77) \u00e7arpt\u0131. \u00c7arpman\u0131n etkisiyle a\u011f\u0131r yaralanan Akta\u015f i\u00e7in olay yerine sa\u011fl\u0131k ve polis ekipleri sevk edildi. Sa\u011fl\u0131k ekiplerinin ilk m\u00fcdahalesinin ard\u0131ndan Akta\u015f, ambulansla \u00f6zel bir hastaneye kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Hastanede tedavi alt\u0131na al\u0131nan Akta\u015f, doktorlar\u0131n t\u00fcm m\u00fcdahalelerine ra\u011fmen kurtar\u0131lamad\u0131.
