Toplam 796 saatlik e\u011fitim program\u0131nda, kurs boyunca kursiyerlere hem teorik bilgiler hem de uygulamal\u0131 mutfak e\u011fitimi veriliyor.<br \/>\n<br \/>Anadolu \u00dcniversitesi Turizm Otel \u0130\u015fletmecili\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc mezunu olan \u015eef Serkan \u00d6zcan, \u00c7e\u015fme Halk E\u011fitim Merkezi taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131lan a\u015f\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k kursunda e\u011fitmenlik yap\u0131yor. Meslekte meslekte 20 y\u0131l\u0131 geride b\u0131rakan \u00d6zkan, kursa yo\u011fun ilgi oldu\u011funu, \u015fu anda 30 kursiyerin e\u011fitim ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Ustal\u0131k belgesiyle mesle\u011fe g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir ad\u0131m<br \/>\n<br \/>Kursun en \u00f6nemli kazan\u0131mlar\u0131ndan birinin verilen ustal\u0131k belgesi oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken \u00d6zcan, bu belgenin Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 onayl\u0131 oldu\u011funu ve T\u00fcrkiye genelinde ge\u00e7erlili\u011fe sahip bulundu\u011funu ifade etti. \u00d6zcan, &#8220;Normal \u015fartlarda bu belgeye sahip olabilmek i\u00e7in en az 10 y\u0131l SGK\u2019l\u0131 a\u015f\u00e7\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak gerekiyor. Alternatif olarak meslek liselerinin a\u015f\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinden ya da \u00fcniversitelerin gastronomi b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinden mezun olmak \u015fart. Halk E\u011fitim Merkezi arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla verilen bu belge, kursiyerler i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck bir f\u0131rsat&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Kad\u0131nlara istihdam, \u00c7e\u015fme\u2019ye nitelikli personel<br \/>\n<br \/>Kursun temel hedeflerinden birinin kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak oldu\u011funu vurgulayan \u00d6zcan, \u00c7e\u015fme\u2019de \u00f6zellikle turizm sezonunda ya\u015fanan nitelikli personel eksikli\u011fine \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretmeyi ama\u00e7lad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. \u00d6zcan, &#8220;\u00c7e\u015fme\u2019de ciddi bir a\u015f\u00e7\u0131 ve mutfak personeli ihtiyac\u0131 var. Biz bu kurslarla hem kad\u0131nlar\u0131n meslek sahibi olmas\u0131n\u0131 hem de i\u015fletmelerin personel a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kapatmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Kurslar devam edecek<br \/>\n<br \/>Mevcut kursun tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan yeni e\u011fitim programlar\u0131 planlad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirten \u00d6zcan, a\u015f\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k, a\u015f\u00e7\u0131 yard\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ustal\u0131k kurslar\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi.
