Duru\u015fmada mahkeme heyeti, san\u0131\u011f\u0131n cezaevinde kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcreyi g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131narak tahliyesine karar verdi.<\/p>\n<p>Mu\u011fla Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 karara ayn\u0131 g\u00fcn itiraz etti<br \/>\n<br \/>Dat\u00e7a Asliye Ceza Mahkemesinin cuma g\u00fcn\u00fc verdi\u011fi tahliye karar\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan ayn\u0131 g\u00fcn Mu\u011fla Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 tahliye karar\u0131na itiraz etti. Mu\u011fla Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan Mu\u011fla 3. A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesine yap\u0131lan itirazda san\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00e7arpma sonucu \u00f6l\u00fcme neden oldu\u011fu, kaza an\u0131nda 1.16 promil alkoll\u00fc oldu\u011fu ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na ka\u00e7ma \u015f\u00fcphesi bulunmas\u0131 nedeniyle tahliye talebinin reddi ve tutuklulu\u011funun devam\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde karar verilmesini talep etti.<\/p>\n<p>Profesyonel Basketbolcular Derne\u011fi de karara tepki g\u00f6sterdi<br \/>\n<br \/>Eski milli basketbolcu \u0130lkan Karaman\u2019\u0131n \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne neden olan s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc Emre Ali \u00d6nder\u2019in tahliyesine Profesyonel Basketbolcular Derne\u011fi de tepki g\u00f6sterdi. Dernek taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u201c10 Ocak 2025 tarihinde Dat\u00e7a Asliye Ceza Mahkemesi\u2019nde g\u00f6r\u00fclen davan\u0131n ikinci duru\u015fmas\u0131nda san\u0131k lehine verilen tahliye karar\u0131 toplum vicdan\u0131n\u0131 derinden yaralam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Dosyada mevcut bulunan t\u00fcm resmi belgeler, uzman raporlar\u0131, kaza an\u0131n\u0131n detaylar\u0131, sonras\u0131nda ya\u015fanan geli\u015fmeler ve deliller ortadayken, yerel mahkemece daha ikinci celsede san\u0131k lehine tahliye karar\u0131 verilmesi spor cemaatinde tarifi olmayan bir \u015fa\u015f\u0131rmaya neden olmu\u015ftur. \u0130lkan karde\u015fimizin aile avukatlar\u0131 ile birlikte geli\u015fmeleri g\u00f6zlemliyoruz. Dernek olarak ayr\u0131ca hukuki m\u00fcdahillik ba\u015fvurumuzu yapacak ve s\u00fcrecin sonuna kadar takip\u00e7isi olaca\u011f\u0131z\u201d denildi.<br \/>\n<br \/>34 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki eski milli basketbolcu \u0130lkan Karaman, Dat\u00e7a il\u00e7esi Re\u015fadiye Mahallesi\u2019nde gece saat 02.20\u2019de yolun kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131na ge\u00e7mek isterken Emre Ali \u00d6nder idaresindeki 48 AIJ 713 plakal\u0131 otomobil \u00e7arpm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Karaman otomobilin \u00e7arpmas\u0131 ile yola savrularak a\u011f\u0131r \u015fekilde yaralanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Olay yerine gelen sa\u011fl\u0131k ekipleri, kazada a\u011f\u0131r \u015fekilde yaralanan Karaman\u2019\u0131 ambulansla hastaneye kald\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Karaman, hastanede yap\u0131lan t\u00fcm m\u00fcdahalelere ra\u011fmen hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmi\u015fti. Kazadan sonra hastanede yakalanan s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc Emre Ali \u00d6nder\u2019in yap\u0131lan alkol muayenesinde 1.16 promil alkoll\u00fc oldu\u011fu tespit edilmi\u015fti.
