Olay, d\u00fcn saat 21.00 s\u0131ralar\u0131nda Kar\u015f\u0131yaka il\u00e7esi Cengiz Topel Caddesi \u00fczerinde bulunan bir kafeteryada meydana geldi. Edinilen bilgiye g\u00f6re, bir \u015fahs\u0131n kafede elinde y\u0131lanla dola\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki ihbar\u0131 de\u011ferlendiren Kar\u015f\u0131yaka \u0130l\u00e7e Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ekipleri harekete ge\u00e7ti. B\u00f6lgeye intikal eden polis ile \u00c7ar\u015f\u0131 ve Mahalle Bek\u00e7ileri, mekanda yapt\u0131klar\u0131 kontrolde S.D. (20) isimli \u015fahs\u0131n yan\u0131nda bir y\u0131lan bulundurdu\u011funu tespit etti.
