Bir\u00e7ok b\u00f6lgede hamur so\u011fuk pekmeze bat\u0131r\u0131l\u0131rken, ger\u00e7ek \u0130zmir gevre\u011fi \u00fcz\u00fcm pekmeziyle dolu kaynayan kazanlarda hayat buluyor. F\u0131r\u0131n ustalar\u0131, gece yar\u0131s\u0131ndan itibaren mesaiye ba\u015flayarak hamuru \u00f6zenle yo\u011furuyor.
