Ka\u00e7ar, \u201cKazas\u0131z belas\u0131z bir d\u00f6nemi tamamlad\u0131k. \u015eimdi ikinci d\u00f6nem olan bahar d\u00f6nemi i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz. G\u00f6reve geldi\u011fim son 5 ayda \u00f6nemli ad\u0131mlar att\u0131k\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Rekt\u00f6r Ka\u00e7ar, \u00fcniversitenin kurumsal akreditasyon s\u00fcrecine dahil oldu\u011funu ve sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n Mart ay\u0131nda al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131n beklendi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Ayr\u0131ca, akademik ve idari s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin yenilenmesi konusunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k verdiklerini belirtti. Ka\u00e7ar, \u201cBu s\u00fcre\u00e7te etik \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131 d\u00fczenledik. Daha \u00f6nce AR-GE \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131 yapt\u0131k. Yak\u0131n zamanda 2026-2030 y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131 kapsayan stratejik \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirece\u011fiz\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcniversitenin d\u0131\u015fa do\u011fru b\u00fcy\u00fcmesinden ziyade i\u00e7 dinamiklerini geli\u015ftirmeyi hedeflediklerini vurgulayan Ka\u00e7ar, kurumsal s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik konusunun \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7ekti. Ka\u00e7ar, \u201cKurumlar\u0131n geli\u015fig\u00fczel b\u00fcy\u00fcmesindense, dinamik ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir yap\u0131ya kavu\u015fmas\u0131 \u00e7ok daha \u00f6nemli.
