(40) oldu\u011fu tespit edildi. K\u0131sa s\u00fcrede yakalanarak g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nan s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc, emniyette \u00f6n\u00fcne konulan g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcler sonras\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ihlali itiraf etmek zorunda kald\u0131.<\/p>\n

S\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcye, 2918 say\u0131l\u0131 Karayollar\u0131 Trafik Kanunu\u2019nun 7 farkl\u0131 maddesini ihlal etti\u011fi gerek\u00e7esiyle toplam 17 bin 573 TL idari para cezas\u0131 uyguland\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc belgesine 2 ay s\u00fcreyle el konulan O.G., sa\u011fl\u0131k kontrol\u00fc i\u00e7in ilgili kurulu\u015fa sevk edildi. \u0130dari cezalarla yetinilmeyen olayda, s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc O.G. hakk\u0131nda T\u00fcrk Ceza Kanunu\u2019nun 179\/2 maddesi (Trafik g\u00fcvenli\u011fini tehlikeye sokmak) kapsam\u0131nda adli i\u015flem yap\u0131lmak \u00fczere polis merkezine teslim edildi.
