Olay, saat 16.00 s\u0131ralar\u0131nda Atat\u00fcrk Bulvar\u0131 \u00fczerinde meydana geldi. Edinilen bilgiye g\u00f6re, \u0130.Y. (47) y\u00f6netimindeki Kemalpa\u015fa Belediyesi\u2019ne ait 35 CNR 360 plakal\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6p kamyonu, yaya ge\u00e7idinden kar\u015f\u0131ya ge\u00e7meye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan 60 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki T\u00fcrkan Budak\u2019a \u00e7arpt\u0131. \u00c7arpman\u0131n etkisiyle kamyonun alt\u0131nda kalan Budak, kanlar i\u00e7erisinde kald\u0131. Kazay\u0131 g\u00f6renlerin ihbar\u0131 \u00fczerine b\u00f6lgeye sa\u011fl\u0131k ve polis ekipleri sevk edildi. Yap\u0131lan incelemede Budak\u2019\u0131n hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti\u011fi belirlenirken, talihsiz kad\u0131n\u0131n cenazesi, savc\u0131n\u0131n olay yerindeki incelemesinin ard\u0131ndan otopsi i\u00e7in Adli T\u0131p Kurumuna g\u00f6nderildi.
