Alia\u011fa\u2019n\u0131n sosyal ya\u015fam\u0131na zenginlik katacak proje, \u00fclke ekonomisine ve b\u00f6lge esnaf\u0131na da \u00f6nemli katk\u0131lar sa\u011flayacak.<\/p>\n<p>Alia\u011fa\u2019y\u0131 cazibe merkezine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrecek<br \/>\n<br \/>Alia\u011fa Belediyesi ile \u0130MEAK Deniz Ticaret Odas\u0131 Alia\u011fa \u015eubesi i\u015f birli\u011finde Yal\u0131 Mahallesi Su \u0130skelesi b\u00f6lgesinde ba\u015flat\u0131lan Alia\u011fa Yolcu \u0130skelesi Projesi, Alia\u011fa\u2019y\u0131 Kuzey Ege\u2019nin cazibe merkezlerinden biri haline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrecek. Toplamda 26 bin 877 metrekarelik proje alan\u0131n\u0131n 5 bin 320 metrekaresi iskele alan\u0131, 8 bin metrekaresi park alan\u0131, 11 bin 151 metrekaresi otopark ve yol alan\u0131, 2 bin 136 metrekaresi fuar, piknik ve e\u011flence alan\u0131, 264 metrekaresi ye\u015fil alan olarak planland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bina imalat\u0131 i\u00e7in zeminde temel at\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131<br \/>\n<br \/>Alia\u011fa Belediyesi Fen \u0130\u015fleri M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn koordinesinde ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l a\u011fustos ay\u0131nda ba\u015flayan projede dolgu imalatlar\u0131 tamamland\u0131. Bug\u00fcne kadar 42 bin ton dolgu imalat\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131rken su i\u00e7i uygulamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in 3 bin 500 metrek\u00fcp beton d\u00f6k\u00fcm\u00fc ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Kronman beton d\u00f6k\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn ard\u0131ndan bina imalat\u0131 i\u00e7in zeminde temel at\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131. 600 metrekarelik bir alana sahip olacak olan binan\u0131n temel at\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131rken \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki g\u00fcnlerde de saha betonlamas\u0131na ge\u00e7ilecek. Ege Adalar\u0131na gidi\u015flerin en basit yolu Alia\u011fa Yolcu \u0130skelesi olacak. \u0130zmir\u2019den ve Manisa\u2019dan gelenlerin toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma ile ula\u015fabilece\u011fi tek yer durumunday\u0131z.
