Kaza, saat 17.30 s\u0131ralar\u0131nda Burdur-Antalya Karayolu Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy \u00dcniversitesi kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131nda meydana geldi. Edinilen bilgiye g\u00f6re, Romanya uyruklu N.D. (30) idaresindeki IF 71 MRT plakal\u0131 t\u0131r, iddiaya g\u00f6re a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 h\u0131zl\u0131 girdi\u011fi kav\u015fakta \u00fcniversiteden \u00e7\u0131kan Serkan Do\u011fan idaresindeki 07 NOJ 70 plakal\u0131 otomobile \u00e7arp\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Kaza sonras\u0131nda otomobille birlikte 30 metre s\u00fcr\u00fcklenen t\u0131r, kar\u015f\u0131 \u015feride ge\u00e7erek durabildi. Kaza ihbar\u0131 \u00fczerine olay yerine itfaiye, sa\u011fl\u0131k ve polis ekipleri sevk edildi. Sa\u011fl\u0131k ekipleri taraf\u0131ndan MAK\u00dc Fen Edebiyat Fak\u00fcltesi\u2019nde \u00f6\u011fretim g\u00f6revlisi olan Serkan Do\u011fan\u2019\u0131n hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti\u011fi belirlendi. Do\u011fan\u2019\u0131n cans\u0131z bedeni, yap\u0131lan incelemenin ard\u0131ndan Burdur Devlet Hastanesi morguna kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Kazay\u0131 hafif s\u0131yr\u0131klarla atlatan t\u0131r s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc ise, polis ekipleri taraf\u0131ndan ifadesi al\u0131nmak \u00fczere polis merkezine g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc.
