Olay, 8 Nisan g\u00fcn\u00fc Umurlu Mahallesi Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde \u00f6\u011fle saatlerinde meydana geldi. Edinilen bilgiye g\u00f6re, bir izolasyon yal\u0131t\u0131m fabrikas\u0131 sahibi C.S.T. (40) iddiaya g\u00f6re bir s\u00fcre \u00f6nce yan\u0131nda \u015fof\u00f6r olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 E.A.\u2019y\u0131 i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131. Maa\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ve alacaklar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6demedi\u011fi gerek\u00e7esiyle fabrikaya giden E.A. ile eski patronu C.S.T. aras\u0131nda tart\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fand\u0131. Tart\u0131\u015fman\u0131n kavgaya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesinin ard\u0131ndan E.A. yan\u0131nda getirdi\u011fi silahla ate\u015f etti. Sald\u0131r\u0131dan yara almadan kurtulan C.S.T. arac\u0131yla olay yerinden ka\u00e7t\u0131. E.A. da kendi arac\u0131yla C.S.T.\u2019yi takibe ba\u015flad\u0131. Ya\u015fanan kovalamaca esnas\u0131nda C.S.T. Ser\u00e7ek\u00f6y Jandarma Yol Kontrol Noktas\u0131\u2019na s\u0131\u011f\u0131nd\u0131. E.A. da kontrol noktas\u0131na yana\u015farak C.S.T.\u2019ye bir kez daha silahla sald\u0131rd\u0131. Kur\u015funlar araca isabet ederken, E.A. olay yerinden ka\u00e7t\u0131. K\u0131sa s\u00fcren kovalamacan\u0131n ard\u0131ndan \u015f\u00fcpheli E.A. g\u00fcvenlik g\u00fc\u00e7lerince yakalanarak etkisiz hale getirildi. Olayda kullan\u0131lan silah ile birlikte yakalanan E.A., cumhuriyet savc\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n talimat\u0131yla g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131. \u0130\u015flemlerinin ard\u0131ndan adliyeye sevk edilen \u015f\u00fcpheli, \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 mahkemede kasten adam \u00f6ld\u00fcrmeye te\u015febb\u00fcs su\u00e7undan tutuklanarak cezaevine g\u00f6nderildi.

Tutuklanan san\u0131k E.A., yarg\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131 davada “tasarlayarak kasten \u00f6ld\u00fcrmeye te\u015febb\u00fcs” su\u00e7undan 5 y\u0131l 11 ay 7 g\u00fcn, ruhsats\u0131z silah bulundurmak su\u00e7undan 1 y\u0131l 8 ay hapis cezas\u0131na \u00e7arpt\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. San\u0131\u011f\u0131n “tehdit” su\u00e7undan ise beraat\u0131na ve tahliyesine karar verildi\u011fi \u00f6\u011frenildi.
