Ayd\u0131n\u2019da dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecine \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck edecek \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m at\u0131ld\u0131. Teknoloji ve Siber Ya\u015fam Derne\u011fi (TES\u0130YAD) ile Ayd\u0131n Sivil Toplum Platformu (ASTO), sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n dijitalle\u015fmesi, siber g\u00fcvenli\u011fin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi ve dijital okuryazarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla kapsaml\u0131 bir i\u015f birli\u011fi protokol\u00fc imzalad\u0131. 22 Ekim 2025 tarihinde y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren ve \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131l boyunca (2025-2028) devam edecek olan protokol, siber g\u00fcvenlik e\u011fitimlerinden yapay zeka projelerine, dijital dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131klardan web platformu geli\u015ftirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na kadar geni\u015f bir alan\u0131 kapsad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.

Dernek Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Togay \u00dcnl\u00fc, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn toplumsal geli\u015fim a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kritik \u00f6nemde oldu\u011funu belirterek, “Bu protokol, Ayd\u0131n\u2019da sivil toplumun dijital \u00e7a\u011fa uyum s\u00fcrecinde at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131md\u0131r. Hedefimiz, toplumun her kesiminde dijital fark\u0131ndal\u0131k olu\u015fturmak ve sivil toplumun teknolojik kapasitesini art\u0131rmakt\u0131r” dedi.

\u00dcnl\u00fc, ayr\u0131ca teknolojinin sadece bir ara\u00e7 de\u011fil, toplumsal dayan\u0131\u015fman\u0131n temel unsuru oldu\u011funu vurgulayarak “E\u011fitimden yapay zekaya, dijital altyap\u0131dan sosyal medyaya kadar ortak bir sinerji olu\u015fturmay\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yoruz. Bu i\u015f birli\u011fiyle Ayd\u0131n, dijitalle\u015fme s\u00fcrecinde \u00f6rnek bir \u015fehir haline gelecek” \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.

Her birinin teknolojik gerekliliklere uygun \u015fekilde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi gerekti\u011fine inan\u0131yoruz. TES\u0130YAD\u2019\u0131n teknik bilgi birikimiyle sahadaki g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc birle\u015ftirerek, sivil toplumun dijital d\u00fcnyada daha etkin, g\u00fcvenli ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir hale gelmesini sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131z” dedi.
