Ege \u00fcniversitesinin ara\u015ft\u0131rma altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeye y\u00f6nelik hayata ge\u00e7irilen laboratuvar; lisans ve lisans\u00fcst\u00fc \u00f6\u011frencilerin sosyolojik ara\u015ft\u0131rma projelerini geli\u015ftirebilecekleri, verilerini analiz edebilecekleri ve farkl\u0131 bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara kat\u0131labilecekleri bir ortam sunacak. Ayr\u0131ca T\u00dcB\u0130TAK, BAP ve Avrupa Birli\u011fi destekli toplumsal ara\u015ft\u0131rma projelerinin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilmesi i\u00e7in gerekli teknik ve akademik altyap\u0131 olana\u011f\u0131 sa\u011flayacak.

A\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015fta konu\u015fan Prof. Dr. Nuran Erol I\u015f\u0131k, “Bizim b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcm\u00fcz kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm. Ben de buran\u0131n \u00f6\u011frencisiyim ve bunu her zaman dile getiriyorum. Burada b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fck, sosyolojiyi burada \u00f6\u011frendik. Sosyoloji B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcm\u00fcz T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kurulan \u00fc\u00e7 b\u00f6l\u00fcmden biri. Hacettepe, \u0130stanbul ve Ege \u00dcniversitesi. Yani k\u00f6kl\u00fc ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir gelene\u011fe sahibiz. Laboratuvar a\u00e7ma fikri, hem \u00f6\u011frencilerimizi hem de kendimizi motive etmek ve b\u00f6l\u00fcmdeki ara\u015ft\u0131rma ruhunu canland\u0131rmak iste\u011fimizden do\u011fdu. Rekt\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn ve Dekanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n destekleri ile b\u00f6yle bir projeyi hayata ge\u00e7irdik. T\u00fcm hocalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n katk\u0131lar\u0131yla son 3-4 ayd\u0131r yo\u011fun \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k; hepsine \u00e7ok te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum. B\u00f6l\u00fcm ruhunu ya\u015fatma \u00e7abam\u0131za verdikleri g\u00f6n\u00fclden destek bizler i\u00e7in \u00e7ok k\u0131ymetli. Bundan sonra derslerde \u00f6\u011frendi\u011fimiz bilgilerin somutla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, \u00f6zellikle T\u00dcB\u0130TAK gibi projelerde uygulanabilmesi ve ses getirebilmesi i\u00e7in b\u00f6yle bir giri\u015fimde bulunduk. Ayr\u0131ca y\u00fcksek lisans ve doktora \u00f6\u011frencilerimize de rehber olmas\u0131n\u0131 hedefliyoruz. \u0130leride daha ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 projelere imza atmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz. Ancak buray\u0131 canl\u0131 tutmak \u00f6\u011frencilerimizin enerjinize ba\u011fl\u0131. Biz burada k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir k\u0131v\u0131lc\u0131m yakt\u0131k; bu k\u0131v\u0131lc\u0131m\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fctmek gen\u00e7lerin katk\u0131lar\u0131yla m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olacak. Hepinize deste\u011finiz i\u00e7in \u00e7ok te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum” dedi.
