Toplant\u0131da konu\u015fan Vali Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Fikret Zaman, \u0130RAP\u2019\u0131n afet \u00f6ncesi y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen risk azaltma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n can ve mal kay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131 en aza indirmeyi hedefledi\u011fini belirtti. Zaman, ilde tespit edilen risklerin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olan en k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyeye indirilmesinin ve nihai hedef olarak s\u0131f\u0131ra yakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n zorunlu oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n

AFAD Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Hamza Ta\u015fdelen ile Afet Risklerini Azaltma ve \u00d6nlem Dairesi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Abd\u00fclkadir Tezcan ise afet \u00f6ncesi yap\u0131lan m\u00fcdahalelerin, afet an\u0131 ve sonras\u0131na k\u0131yasla daha az ekonomik g\u00fc\u00e7le daha fazla can ve mal kayb\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nledi\u011fini ifade etti. Ayr\u0131ca kurumlar aras\u0131 i\u015f birli\u011finin \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7ekilerek, Kahramanmara\u015f depreminden al\u0131nan derslerin unutulmamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi vurguland\u0131.<\/p>\n
