5.4 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcndeki depremin merkez \u00fcss\u00fc olan Simav il\u00e7esi Yemi\u015fli k\u00f6y\u00fcnde vatanda\u015flarla bir araya gelen Vali I\u015f\u0131n, AFAD ve ilgili kurumlar\u0131n sahada y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yerinde takip etti. \u0130ncelemelerinin ard\u0131ndan bir a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan Vali I\u015f\u0131n, “Bug\u00fcn saat 12.59\u2019da Simav merkezli 5.4 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde bir deprem meydana geldi. \u0130lk andan itibaren ekiplerimiz h\u0131zl\u0131ca sahaya intikal etti. \u00c7ok \u015f\u00fck\u00fcr ki \u015fu ana kadar herhangi bir can ve mal kayb\u0131m\u0131z yoktur. Yemi\u015fli k\u00f6y\u00fcm\u00fczde kullan\u0131lmayan metruk 8 evde y\u0131k\u0131lmalar meydana gelmi\u015ftir. Vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n oturdu\u011fu evlerde ise bir hasar tespit edilmemi\u015ftir. Buna ra\u011fmen ekiplerimiz tedbir ama\u00e7l\u0131 incelemelerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmektedir. Devletimiz g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcd\u00fcr, milletimizin yan\u0131ndad\u0131r. Allah \u00fclkemizi ve milletimizi her t\u00fcrl\u00fc afetten korusun” dedi.
