Toplant\u0131da b\u00f6lgeye dair mevcut \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ve gelecek projeler hakk\u0131nda detayl\u0131 bilgilendirme yap\u0131ld\u0131. Bu arada, OSB M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Murat Demir, 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen faaliyetlerle ilgili sunum yapt\u0131.<br \/>\n<br \/>OSB Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Salih \u00c7etiner, b\u00f6lge yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ve gelecekte hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi planlanan projeleri anlatt\u0131. \u00c7etiner, &#8220;Devlet Demiryollar\u0131 ile hem 1. OSB hem de 30 A\u011fustos OSB i\u00e7in y\u00fckleme rampalar\u0131 projesi kapsam\u0131nda bir protokol imzalad\u0131k. Bu projenin ihalesi 21 Ocak\u2019ta ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek. Amac\u0131m\u0131z, sanayicilerimizin \u00fcrettikleri \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin hem yurt i\u00e7inde hem de yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda daha h\u0131zl\u0131 ve ekonomik \u015fekilde sevkiyat\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamakt\u0131r. Devlet Demiryollar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n t\u00fcm imk\u00e2nlar\u0131n\u0131 sanayicilerimizin hizmetine sunmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Geni\u015fleme alanlar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda OSB i\u00e7inde bir cami alan\u0131 olu\u015fturduk. Bu alan, imar plan\u0131na i\u015flendi ve \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecine ba\u015flanmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, OSB yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in bir akaryak\u0131t istasyonu kurmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz. Bir di\u011fer \u00f6ncelikli projemiz, OSB i\u00e7inde bir acil m\u00fcdahale karakolu kurmakt\u0131r. Bu konuda sizlerin deste\u011fiyle say\u0131n Valimize konuyu arz edece\u011fiz. Gerekirse binan\u0131n yap\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 biz \u00fcstleniriz, donan\u0131m ve yerle\u015fim d\u00fczenlemeleri ise ilgili kurumlar taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131l\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca, h\u0131zl\u0131 m\u00fcdahale gerektiren durumlar i\u00e7in bir sa\u011fl\u0131k oca\u011f\u0131 projesine de bu y\u0131l ba\u015flamay\u0131 hedefliyoruz. Yurt i\u00e7i ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131zdan gelen talepler do\u011frultusunda bir helikopter pisti projesini g\u00fcndemimize ald\u0131k. M\u00fcracaatlar\u0131m\u0131z tamamland\u0131 ve bu projeyi hayata ge\u00e7irmeyi planl\u0131yoruz&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6let projesi ve su y\u00f6netimi<br \/>\n<br \/>\u00c7etiner, &#8220;Tar\u0131m Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 nezdinde olu\u015fturulan su kurumlar\u0131yla birlikte OSB\u2019ye y\u00f6nelik bir g\u00f6let projesi \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. G\u00f6let, ya\u011fmur ve kar sular\u0131n\u0131 depolayarak sanayi proseslerinde geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131lacak. Bu, 2032 y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla K\u00fctahya\u2019n\u0131n su kaynaklar\u0131nda ya\u015fanmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lara \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretecek. Sanayi b\u00f6lgemizdeki firmalar\u0131m\u0131za, ya\u011fmur sular\u0131n\u0131 depolamalar\u0131n\u0131 ve at\u0131k sular\u0131n\u0131 ar\u0131tarak tekrar kullanmalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6neriyoruz. Belediyeler ve su kurumlar\u0131yla yap\u0131lan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerde ise ref\u00fcjlerin ye\u015fillendirilmemesi ve su t\u00fcketiminin minimuma indirilmesi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n taleplerine h\u0131zl\u0131 yan\u0131t verebilmek i\u00e7in OSB i\u00e7inde k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli kiral\u0131k d\u00fckkanlar in\u015fa etmeyi planl\u0131yoruz.
