G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmede konfederasyon taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f 16 sayfal\u0131k detayl\u0131 rapor \u00d6nc\u00fc\u2019ye sunuldu. S\u00f6z konusu raporda, otizmli bireylerin toplumsal ya\u015famda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 sorunlar, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerileri ve uygulanmas\u0131 gereken politika ad\u0131mlar\u0131 ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 \u015fekilde ele al\u0131nd\u0131.

\u00d6nc\u00fc, t\u00fcm engel gruplar\u0131n\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7 ve sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n komisyon g\u00fcndeminde ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bi\u00e7imde de\u011ferlendirilece\u011fini belirterek, “Otizm \u00e7ok \u00f6zel bir durumdur. Bu konunun \u00f6nemi b\u00fcy\u00fckt\u00fcr ve komisyon olarak gerekli t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r” ifadelerini kulland\u0131.
