Projenin kabul edilmesinin ard\u0131ndan teknik destek s\u00f6zle\u015fmesini Buldan Ticaret Odas\u0131 Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Halil Ba\u015ft\u00fcrkmen ile GEKA Genel Sekreteri \u00dcmit G\u00fclya\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan t\u00f6renle imzaland\u0131.
