M\u00fclk sahibinin iddias\u0131na g\u00f6re, 2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda kira s\u00fcresi dolmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen i\u015fletmeci otelden ayr\u0131lmad\u0131. Bu durum \u00fczerine m\u00fclk sahibi O.B., i\u015fletmeci hakk\u0131nda hukuk s\u00fcreci ba\u015flatt\u0131. Ge\u00e7en 11 y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcre\u00e7te m\u00fclk sahibine herhangi bir kira \u00f6demesi yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. Hukuk m\u00fccadelesini kazanan O.B., d\u00fcn avukatlar\u0131, kolluk kuvvetleri ve icra memurlar\u0131 e\u015fli\u011finde otelin tahliyesini sa\u011flad\u0131.
