Kadrosunu yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 transferlerle g\u00fc\u00e7lendiren ve sezona iddial\u0131 bir \u015fekilde girmeye haz\u0131rlanan Turgutlu Belediyesi Kad\u0131n Basketbol Tak\u0131m\u0131, sa\u011fl\u0131k kontrollerinin ard\u0131ndan fiziksel dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011fa odaklanan antrenmanla sezona “merhaba” dedi. Sezonun ilk antrenman\u0131, Ba\u015fantren\u00f6r \u0130stemihan \u00d6r\u00fcc\u00fc liderli\u011finde Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m Beyaz\u0131t Spor Salonu\u2019nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Antrenmanda, atletik performans \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ise Atletik ve Performans Antren\u00f6rleri Mertcan Damat ile Tayeddin Yur\u011fa taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc. Atletizm ve kuvvet odakl\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda sporcular\u0131n dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k, \u00e7eviklik ve kuvvet de\u011ferleri test edildi. Sezon boyunca sakatl\u0131k riskini azaltmak ve oyuncu performans\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla bireysel ihtiya\u00e7lara g\u00f6re \u00f6zel antrenman programlar\u0131 planland\u0131.<\/p>\n
