Edinilen bilgilere g\u00f6re kaza, saat 17.00 s\u0131ralar\u0131nda Sanayi Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131\u2019nda meydana geldi. Ayakkab\u0131c\u0131lar Sitesi istikametinden Sanayi Sitesi y\u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mek isteyen Arif \u00d6. idaresindeki 45 U 3063 plakal\u0131 otomobile, U\u015fak y\u00f6n\u00fcnden \u0130zmir istikametine seyir halinde olan Ali G. y\u00f6netimindeki 07 CAF 757 plakal\u0131 yolcu otob\u00fcs\u00fc \u00e7arpt\u0131. \u015eiddetli \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fma sonucu otomobil hurdaya d\u00f6nerken, ara\u00e7ta bulunan s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc Arif \u00d6zt\u00fcrk (58), e\u015fi Ay\u015fe \u00d6zt\u00fcrk (51) ve akrabalar\u0131ndan Ay\u015fe K. a\u011f\u0131r yaraland\u0131. Kaza an\u0131na tan\u0131kl\u0131k eden otob\u00fcs yolcular\u0131 aras\u0131nda bulunan bir doktor, yaral\u0131lara ilk m\u00fcdahaleyi olay yerinde yapt\u0131. \u0130hbar \u00fczerine olay yerine sa\u011fl\u0131k, polis ve itfaiye ekipleri sevk edildi. Yaral\u0131lar, ilk m\u00fcdahalelerinin ard\u0131ndan Kula Devlet Hastanesi\u2019ne kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Ancak yap\u0131lan t\u00fcm m\u00fcdahalelere ra\u011fmen Arif \u00d6zt\u00fcrk ve e\u015fi Ay\u015fe \u00d6zt\u00fcrk hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti. Durumu a\u011f\u0131r olan Ay\u015fe K. ise Salihli Devlet Hastanesi\u2019ne sevk edilerek tedavi alt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131.
