Koordinasyon Kurulu \u00fcyelerinin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen toplant\u0131da, yat\u0131r\u0131m projelerinin mevcut durumu, ger\u00e7ekle\u015fme oranlar\u0131 ve sekt\u00f6rel da\u011f\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131 ele al\u0131nd\u0131.

Toplant\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 yapan Vali Musa I\u015f\u0131n, 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131m program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda K\u00fctahya genelinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen projelere toplam 10 milyar 337 milyon TL \u00f6denek ayr\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. Y\u0131l\u0131n ilk alt\u0131 ay\u0131nda bu tutar\u0131n 4 milyar 344 milyon TL\u2019sinin harcand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Vali I\u015f\u0131n, nakdi ger\u00e7ekle\u015fme oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 46 seviyesinde oldu\u011funu ifade etti.

Vali I\u015f\u0131n, yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n sekt\u00f6rel da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131na ili\u015fkin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmede \u015fu bilgileri payla\u015ft\u0131:

“En y\u00fcksek pay y\u00fczde 18,49 ile ula\u015f\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne ait. Bu sekt\u00f6r\u00fc y\u00fczde 15,14 ile konut, y\u00fczde 13,21 ile madencilik, y\u00fczde 13,18 ile imalat, y\u00fczde 13,09 ile e\u011fitim ve y\u00fczde 10,92 ile di\u011fer kamu hizmetleri izliyor. Tar\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fc y\u00fczde 8,23 oran\u0131nda bir pay al\u0131rken; sa\u011fl\u0131k y\u00fczde 3,44, turizm y\u00fczde 2,58 ve enerji y\u00fczde 1,73 oranlar\u0131nda yat\u0131r\u0131m ald\u0131.”

Toplant\u0131da 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla toplam 125 projenin tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131, 40 projenin ihale a\u015famas\u0131nda oldu\u011fu, 127 projeye ise hen\u00fcz ba\u015flanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgisi payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca, 2 projenin tasfiye edildi\u011fi, 235 projenin ise yap\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n devam etti\u011fi belirtildi. Devam eden projelerden 34\u2019\u00fcn\u00fcn fiziki ger\u00e7ekle\u015fme oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 90\u2019\u0131n \u00fczerinde oldu\u011fu da kaydedildi.

Toplant\u0131n\u0131n sonunda, kamu kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n etkin ve verimli \u015fekilde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131, projelerin zaman\u0131nda tamamlanarak vatanda\u015flar\u0131n hizmetine sunulmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla izleme ve denetim faaliyetlerinin kararl\u0131l\u0131kla s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclece\u011fi vurguland\u0131. Kurumlar aras\u0131 koordinasyonun art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve sahadaki sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcne y\u00f6nelik kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 de\u011ferlendirme ve g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f al\u0131\u015fveri\u015finde bulunuldu.
