Olay an\u0131nda 14 ya\u015f\u0131nda olan U.E.Y., iddiaya g\u00f6re, 15 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki Hacer \u00c7a\u011fla \u00c7etinalp\u2019i defalarca b\u0131\u00e7aklayarak vah\u015fice \u00f6ld\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. G\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131narak tutuklanan U.E.Y. hakk\u0131nda &#8220;canavarca hisle ve tasarlayarak \u00f6ld\u00fcrme&#8221; su\u00e7lamas\u0131yla dava a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bir \u00f6nceki duru\u015fmada savc\u0131l\u0131k, su\u00e7u planlayarak i\u015fledi\u011fi gerek\u00e7esiyle en \u00fcst s\u0131n\u0131rdan ceza talep etmi\u015fti.
