Edinilen bilgiye g\u00f6re, olay\u0131n ard\u0131ndan g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nan \u015f\u00fcpheli E.S. ve m\u00fc\u015fteki-\u015f\u00fcpheli O.\u00c7., 21 Haziran 2025 tarihinde \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 mahkemece tutuklanm\u0131\u015flard\u0131. Y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen soru\u015fturma kapsam\u0131nda, maktul \u00c7a\u011flar Ko\u00e7\u2019a olay an\u0131nda fiziki m\u00fcdahalede bulunan ve \u00f6nceki g\u00fcnlerde kimlikleri tespit edilemeyen iki erkek \u015fahs\u0131n kimlikleri belirlendi. \u015e.A. ve Z.A. isimli bu iki \u015f\u00fcpheli, Marmaris Asayi\u015f B\u00fcro Amirli\u011fi\u2019ne kendi r\u0131zalar\u0131yla gelerek teslim oldu. Al\u0131nan ifadelerinde, maktul \u00c7a\u011flar Ko\u00e7\u2019a korku ve panik nedeniyle vurduklar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ne s\u00fcrd\u00fcler.
