Kazada yaralanan s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc \u00d6.\u00d6.\u2019n\u00fcn hayati tehlikesinin bulundu\u011fu \u00f6\u011frenilirken, yap\u0131lan sorgulamas\u0131nda “Taksirle \u00f6l\u00fcme neden olma su\u00e7undan” 11 y\u0131l 10 ay 10 g\u00fcn kesinle\u015fmi\u015f hapis cezas\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011fu tespit edildi. Ayr\u0131ca \u015f\u00fcphelilerin yap\u0131lan testlerinde uyu\u015fturucu madde kulland\u0131klar\u0131 belirlenirken, 2918 Say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun kapsam\u0131nda s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcye toplam 86 bin 189 TL \u0130dari para cezas\u0131 uyguland\u0131.
