Maddesine ihlal etti\u011fi gerek\u00e7esi ile 1406 TL idari para cezas\u0131 uygulanan hurdac\u0131 ne yapaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u015fa\u015f\u0131rd\u0131. Efeler Belediyesi Zab\u0131ta ekiplerinin bu uygulamas\u0131 baz\u0131 vatanda\u015flarca desteklenirken baz\u0131 vatanda\u015flar taraf\u0131ndan da ele\u015ftirildi. Evine ekmek g\u00f6t\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in hurda toplayan vatanda\u015fa uygulanan cezai m\u00fceyyidenin \u015fehir merkezinde kald\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 da i\u015fgal edenlere uygulanmas\u0131 istendi.
