Bu do\u011fal y\u00f6ntem, ha\u015fha\u015f\u0131n hem aromas\u0131n\u0131 hem de besin de\u011ferini muhafaza ediyor. Tamamen ta\u015fla yap\u0131lan ezme i\u015flemi, ha\u015fha\u015f\u0131n daha k\u0131vaml\u0131 ve aromatik olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Usta Bayram \u00d6zdemir, 2000 y\u0131l\u0131nda emekli olduktan sonra Sand\u0131kl\u0131\u2019dan merkeze ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve burada iki katl\u0131 bir ev yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Evinin alt kat\u0131n\u0131 at\u00f6lyeye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrerek i\u015fe koyuldu\u011funu anlatan \u00d6zdemir, 11-12 y\u0131ld\u0131r ta\u015fla ha\u015fha\u015f ezdi\u011fini kaydetti. \u00d6zdemir konu\u015fmas\u0131na \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:

Buraya iki katl\u0131 ev yapt\u0131k, halk\u0131m\u0131za hizmet i\u00e7in Afyon\u2019umuzun simgesi olan ha\u015fha\u015f\u0131 en g\u00fczel \u015fekilde ta\u015fla s\u00fcrtmeye ba\u015flad\u0131k. 11-12 senedir ha\u015fha\u015f\u0131 s\u00fcrt\u00fcyoruz.
