K\u00fctahya\u2019n\u0131n do\u011fas\u0131yla \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan Gediz il\u00e7esi, sanayi ve istihdam alan\u0131nda att\u0131\u011f\u0131 kararl\u0131 ad\u0131mlarla dikkatleri \u00fczerine \u00e7ekiyor. \u00d6zellikle Gediz Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgesi (OSB), altyap\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, yat\u0131r\u0131m ortam\u0131 ve lojistik konumuyla hem yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n hem de i\u015f arayanlar\u0131n g\u00f6zdesi olmaya devam ediyor.

2024 y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla ba\u015flat\u0131lan b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli yat\u0131r\u0131mlar kapsam\u0131nda, g\u0131da, tekstil, ambalaj, makine, enerji ve yap\u0131 malzemeleri gibi bir\u00e7ok sekt\u00f6rde fabrikalar\u0131n kurulumlar\u0131 s\u00fcr\u00fcyor. 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 sonuna kadar devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131 planlanan d\u00f6rt yeni tesisle birlikte b\u00f6lgede en az bin 500 ki\u015fiye do\u011frudan i\u015f imk\u00e2n\u0131 sunulacak. Uzun vadede hedeflenen istihdam say\u0131s\u0131 ise 4 bin ki\u015fiye ula\u015fmak.

Gediz OSB Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u0130brahim Ba\u015fol, sanayi b\u00f6lgesinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle \u00f6zetledi:

“2005 ile 2018 aras\u0131nda 17 parsel tahsis edilmi\u015fti. Bug\u00fcn bu say\u0131 52\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. \u015eu an 36 fabrika \u00fcretimde, 4\u2019\u00fc ise bitmek \u00fczere. Hedefimiz istihdam\u0131 4 bine \u00e7\u0131karmak. Elektrik altyap\u0131s\u0131nda ya\u015fanan sorunlar\u0131 da \u00e7\u00f6zerek \u00fc\u00e7 hatta \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131k. Ayr\u0131ca, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck olan idari binam\u0131z\u0131 da b\u00fcy\u00fcterek daha fonksiyonel hale getirdik.”
