Bah\u00e7elievler Mahallesi 3. Tuna Sokak\u2019ta ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen tatbikatta deprem sonras\u0131 5 farkl\u0131 evde mahsur kalan vatanda\u015flar\u0131n kurtar\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik m\u00fcdahaleler canland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<br \/>\n<br \/>Tatbikata g\u00f6re, deprem sonras\u0131 112 Acil \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131 Merkezi\u2019ne gelen ihbarlarla birlikte AFAD, itfaiye, polis, sa\u011fl\u0131k ve g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc ekipler olay yerine sevk edildi. \u0130lk olarak, fiziksel engelli ve tekerlekli sandalye kullanan bir kad\u0131n\u0131n mahsur kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 senaryo uyguland\u0131. Torununun ihbar\u0131yla harekete ge\u00e7en ekipler, kad\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcvenli bir \u015fekilde tahliye etti.<br \/>\n<br \/>Bir di\u011fer senaryoda, \u00fczerine buzdolab\u0131 devrilen bir vatanda\u015f annesinin ihbar\u0131yla kurtar\u0131ld\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca y\u00fcr\u00fcmekte zorluk \u00e7eken 70 ya\u015flar\u0131ndaki bir vatanda\u015f, bina y\u00f6neticisinin ihbar\u0131 \u00fczerine AFAD g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc ekiplerince d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131. \u00d6zel gereksinimli bir k\u0131z \u00e7ocu\u011funun panikleyerek n\u00f6bet ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi senaryoda ise ekipler, Aile ve Sosyal Hizmetler \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc g\u00f6revlileriyle birlikte m\u00fcdahalede bulundu. Son olarak, merdivenleri y\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in evinin en \u00fcst kat\u0131nda mahsur kalan bir vatanda\u015f, itfaiyenin sepetli arac\u0131yla tahliye edildi.<br \/>\n<br \/>Ger\u00e7e\u011fi aratmayan g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tatbikatta binalardan \u00e7\u0131kan vatanda\u015flar toplanma merkezi olan \u015eeker Orta Okulunda toplan\u0131rken jandarma ekipleri ise burada kurtulan vatanda\u015flar\u0131n bilgilerini ald\u0131.<br \/>\n<br \/>Tatbikat sonras\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada bulunan Vali T\u00fclay Baydar Bilgihan, \u201cSaat 12.15\u2019te ilimizde \u00f6zellikle bir soka\u011f\u0131 etkileyen bir deprem tatbikat\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik ve 4.2 \u015fiddetinde bir depremdi bu. Hemen h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde ilk bilgiler geldikten sonra hem alan\u0131n tahliyesini hem de \u00f6zellikle ya\u015fl\u0131 ve engelli bir vatanda\u015f\u0131m\u0131z varsa alandan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131, yaral\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z varsa bunlar\u0131n ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde alandan tahliyesini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015f olduk. Senaryo itibar\u0131yla 5 tane yaral\u0131 vatanda\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n oldu\u011fu, hem psikolojik anlamda direnen hem 2 engelli bireyimizin ayn\u0131 zamanda mahsur kalan 1 vatanda\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n tahliyesini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015f olduk. 112\u2019ye yak\u0131n hane var bu sokakta.
