Ayd\u0131n \u0130l Jandarma Komutanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Olay Yeri \u0130nceleme Timince (OY\u0130) olay yerinde ve otopsi incelemesinde olay\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fme olay\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendirildi. Ayd\u0131n Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 koordinesinde Ayd\u0131n \u0130l Jandarma Komutanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 JASAT, OY\u0130, Efeler \u0130lce Jandarma Komutanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 JASAT ve Merkez Jandarma Karakol Komutanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nca meydana gelen \u00f6l\u00fcml\u00fc olay ile ilgili m\u00fc\u015fterek ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve soru\u015fturmaya ba\u015fland\u0131.

Olay yerinde ve \u00e7evresinde yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonucu M.\u00d6.(37) isimli \u015f\u00fcphelinin 09 DL 053 plakal\u0131 ara\u00e7 ile Enes \u00c7. isimli \u00e7ocu\u011fu geri manevra yaparken ezdi\u011fi bilgisine ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. \u015e\u00fcphelinin yap\u0131lan kamera incelemesi sonucunda olay saatinde b\u00f6lgede oldu\u011fu ve ara\u00e7ta yap\u0131lan incelemede lastik ve \u00f6n kaput b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde kan izleri tespit edildi. \u015e\u00fcpheli \u015fah\u0131s ayn\u0131 g\u00fcn yakalanarak al\u0131nan ifadesinde su\u00e7unu kabul etti\u011fi \u00f6\u011frenildi. \u015e\u00fcphelinin i\u015flemlerinin ard\u0131ndan adliyeye sevk edilece\u011fi \u00f6\u011frenildi.
