Olay, saat 17.00 s\u0131ralar\u0131nda Isparta\u2019n\u0131n E\u011firdir il\u00e7esinde bulunan Alt\u0131nkum Plaj\u0131\u2019nda meydana geldi. Edinilen bilgilere g\u00f6re, Afyonkarahisar\u2019dan gezmek amac\u0131yla E\u011firdir\u2019e gelen ve mermer oca\u011f\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenilen 8 arkada\u015ftan biri olan Afgan uyruklu Mohammad Horoon (34), piknik yapt\u0131klar\u0131 esnada serinlemek i\u00e7in E\u011firdir G\u00f6l\u00fc\u2019ne girdi. Deniz simidiyle g\u00f6le a\u00e7\u0131lan Horoon\u2019dan uzun s\u00fcre haber alamayan arkada\u015flar\u0131, bo\u011fulma \u015f\u00fcphesiyle 112 Acil \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131 Merkezi\u2019ni arayarak yard\u0131m istedi. \u0130hbar \u00fczerine b\u00f6lgeye polis, sa\u011fl\u0131k, AFAD, UMKE, Isparta Belediyesi \u0130tfaiyesi\u2019ne ba\u011fl\u0131 cankurtarma timi ile E\u011firdir Jandarma Bot Komutanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ekipleri sevk edildi. Ekipler taraf\u0131ndan sonar destekli arama-kurtarma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ba\u015flat\u0131l\u0131rken, su alt\u0131 taramas\u0131 yapmak \u00fczere Antalya\u2019dan dalg\u0131\u00e7 ekipleri de b\u00f6lgeye y\u00f6nlendirildi. Gece saatlerine kadar s\u00fcren arama \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan Horoon\u2019un cans\u0131z bedeni g\u00f6lde tespit edilerek dalg\u0131\u00e7lar taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131.
