Valilik makam\u0131nda heyeti kabul eden Vali Musa I\u015f\u0131n, sosyal g\u00fcvenlik sisteminin toplumun her kesimine do\u011frudan temas eden hayati bir yap\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirtti.
