Uzmanlar, g\u00f6ldeki su kayb\u0131n\u0131n nedenleri ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm yollar\u0131 \u00fczerine \u00f6nemli de\u011ferlendirmelerde bulunurken, insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tehdit eden kuruyan alanlardaki tozla\u015fman\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ebilmek i\u00e7in \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131  konu\u015ftular.<br \/>\n<br \/>Son 50 y\u0131lda h\u0131zla k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclerek alarm veren Burdur G\u00f6l\u00fc, k\u00fcresel iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi, artan su t\u00fcketimi ve insan kaynakl\u0131 faaliyetler nedeniyle hem y\u00fczey alan\u0131 hem de su hacmi olarak ciddi kay\u0131plar ya\u015fad\u0131. Yap\u0131lan \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlere g\u00f6re, g\u00f6l\u00fcn su seviyesi en y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu 1971 y\u0131l\u0131 temmuz ay\u0131nda 857,35 metre iken, 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 ocak ay\u0131nda 836,72 metre seviyelerine kadar geriledi. Y\u00fczey alan\u0131 da ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde yakla\u015f\u0131k 17 bin 998 hektar alandan 11.644 hektar alana d\u00fc\u015ferek \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcld\u00fc. Bu durum, b\u00f6lgedeki ekosistemi olumsuz etkilerken \u00e7evreye yay\u0131lan tuz ve toz, tar\u0131m alanlar\u0131 ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere geni\u015f bir b\u00f6lgeye zarar veriyor. G\u00f6l\u00fc besleyen su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n azalmas\u0131 ve yer alt\u0131 sular\u0131n\u0131n a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 t\u00fcketimi, su kayb\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zland\u0131ran ba\u015fl\u0131ca etkenler aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. Tar\u0131msal sulamada kontrols\u00fcz kullan\u0131m, ka\u00e7ak sondajlar ve bilin\u00e7siz otlatma faaliyetleri de g\u00f6l\u00fcn gelece\u011fini tehdit eden unsurlar aras\u0131nda.<br \/>\n<br \/>Bu olumsuz gidi\u015fe \u00f6nlem almak isteyen \u00c7evre \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Tabiat Varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 Koruma Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, Burdur Valili\u011fi ve payda\u015flar\u0131 &#8220;Burdur G\u00f6l\u00fc Kuruyan K\u0131y\u0131 Alanlar\u0131n\u0131n Korunmas\u0131, Ekolojik D\u00fczenlenmesi ve S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir Kullan\u0131m\u0131&#8221; konulu teknik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma toplant\u0131s\u0131 d\u00fczenledi.<br \/>\n<br \/>Toplant\u0131da, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 14 Ramsar alan\u0131ndan biri olup birinci derece sit alan\u0131 olan Burdur G\u00f6l\u00fc, ya\u015fanan iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi, kurakl\u0131k ve yanl\u0131\u015f tar\u0131m ve hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k uygulamalar\u0131 sonucunda sular\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ekildi\u011fi kuru alanlarda meydana gelen ve halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tehdit eden tozla\u015fman\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ebilmek i\u00e7in bu alanlar\u0131n restorasyonu, rehabilitasyonu ve reklamasyonu gibi konular ele al\u0131nd\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca Burdur G\u00f6l\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn korunmas\u0131 ve s\u00fcreklili\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bilimsel veriler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yeni bir y\u00f6netim ve y\u00f6neti\u015fim modelinin hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi gereklili\u011fi vurguland\u0131. Yerel y\u00f6netimlerden STK\u2019lara, akademisyenlerden \u00e7ift\u00e7ilere kadar t\u00fcm taraflar\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm odakl\u0131 bir eylem plan\u0131 olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi ifade edildi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Burdur G\u00f6l\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn gelece\u011fi i\u00e7in bilimsel ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar ve koruma stratejileri\u00a0g\u00fcndemde&#8221;<br \/>\n<br \/>Toplant\u0131da konu\u015fan \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Tabiat Varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 Koruma Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Dr. Beyhan Oktar, &#8220;\u00dclkemizdeki bir\u00e7ok \u00f6nemli ekosistem ve sulak alanda oldu\u011fu gibi, Burdur G\u00f6l\u00fc ve havzas\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla g\u00f6l aynas\u0131 ve k\u0131y\u0131 kesimi birinci derece do\u011fal sit alan\u0131 olarak ilan edilmi\u015ftir. Sonras\u0131nda, Antalya, Burdur, Isparta illerinin do\u011fal sit alanlar\u0131n\u0131n ekolojik temelli bilimsel ara\u015ft\u0131rma projesi haz\u0131rlat\u0131larak, Burdur G\u00f6l\u00fc ve \u00e7evresi do\u011fal sit alan\u0131, sit stat\u00fclerinin g\u00fcncellenmesi do\u011frultusunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ba\u015flat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ekolojik temelli bilimsel ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ile g\u00f6l ve \u00e7evresinin y\u00fcksek habitat, peyzaj ve jeolojik de\u011feriyle bar\u0131nd\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 nesli tehdit alt\u0131ndaki endemik bir\u00e7ok flora ve fauna eleman\u0131na ili\u015fkin sonu\u00e7lar elde edilmi\u015ftir. Burdur G\u00f6l\u00fc, bar\u0131nd\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 endemik t\u00fcrler ve sahip oldu\u011fu biyojeokimyasal \u00f6zellikleri ile d\u00fcnya \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011finde ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc bir ekosistem olup, ku\u015flar ve di\u011fer canl\u0131lar i\u00e7in habitat olu\u015fturmas\u0131 ve sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 di\u011fer ekosistemlerle birlikte \u00fclkemizin \u00f6nemli su kaynaklar\u0131ndan biri olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Ancak son y\u0131llarda ya\u015fanan iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ve antropojenik etkiler, \u00fclkemizdeki sulak alanlar\u0131n\u0131n bir\u00e7o\u011fu \u00fczerinde olumsuz etkilerini g\u00f6rmekteyiz. \u00c7e\u015fitli ku\u015f \u00e7e\u015fitlerinin g\u00f6\u00e7 d\u00f6nemlerinde \u00f6nemli bir u\u011frak yeri olmas\u0131yla da Burdur G\u00f6l\u00fc, bu durumdan en \u00e7ok etkilenen alanlardan biridir. G\u00f6l su seviyelerinde azalmalar meydana geldi\u011finden \u00f6zellikle g\u00f6l\u00fcn k\u0131y\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131nda yo\u011fun tuz miktar\u0131 g\u00f6zlenmekte, \u00e7evrede ya\u015fayan insanlar ve di\u011fer canl\u0131lar olumsuz etkilenmektedir. \u00c7evre \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olarak \u00fclkemizin hassas ve \u00f6nemli habitatlar\u0131n\u0131n su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 korunmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik her t\u00fcrl\u00fc tedbiri almak ve bu alanlar\u0131 ve habitatlar\u0131 korumaya y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 y\u00fcksek \u00e7evre hassasiyeti ve bilinciyle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeye kararl\u0131y\u0131z. Burdur G\u00f6l\u00fc\u2019m\u00fcz\u00fcn sahip oldu\u011fu ender ekolojik ve do\u011fal de\u011ferlerin korunmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik yap\u0131lan t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n bug\u00fcn bu platformda payla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 ve elde edilen bulgular\u0131n ekosistem temelli yakla\u015f\u0131mlarla al\u0131nacak tedbirlere yans\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z olarak g\u00f6sterdi\u011fimiz hassasiyet ve gayretimize destek olarak bizleri yaln\u0131z b\u0131rakmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z ve katk\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 esirgemedi\u011finiz i\u00e7in her birinize ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum&#8221; ifadesini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Vali Bilgihan: Burdur G\u00f6l\u00fc i\u00e7in gelece\u011fi korumak amac\u0131yla eylem plan\u0131 geli\u015ftiriyoruz&#8221;<br \/>\n<br \/>Vali T\u00fclay Baydar Bilgihan ise &#8220;Bug\u00fcn burada, Burdur\u2019un temel sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 konu\u015fmak i\u00e7in topland\u0131k. Konu\u015fmaktan ziyade dinlemeyi tercih ediyoruz. Akademik de\u011ferlendirmeler, sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n payla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 ve halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri, alana y\u00f6nelik daha ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i sonu\u00e7lar verecektir. Y\u00f6netim olarak, bu de\u011ferlendirmeler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda alaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z tedbirleri daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u015fekilde uyguluyoruz. Bu toplant\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Toplant\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n sosyal, ekonomik, kent sosyolojisi, \u00e7evresel kentle\u015fme etkileri ve tar\u0131msal etkileri gibi bir\u00e7ok boyutu var. Sorunumuz, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ile birlikte y\u00fcksek oranda hissetti\u011fimiz su kayb\u0131 ve ekolojik alanlar\u0131n ne yap\u0131labilece\u011fi konusudur. Bu sadece bir alan\u0131 ekonomiye, tar\u0131ma veya \u015fehirle\u015fmeye kazand\u0131rmak de\u011fil, gelece\u011fimize kazand\u0131rmak konusudur. Burdur G\u00f6l\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclmesi veya su kayb\u0131n\u0131n, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi gibi do\u011fal nedenler d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, tar\u0131msal ve sanayi kullan\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n da etkisi var. Hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k kapasitesi ve t\u00fcr\u00fc, tar\u0131msal faaliyetteki sondaj kullan\u0131m\u0131 gibi konularda dikkatli olmal\u0131y\u0131z. M\u0131s\u0131r ve yonca gibi \u00e7ok su t\u00fcketen \u00fcr\u00fcnler, su kayb\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 etkileyen unsurlar.
