Fen \u0130\u015fleri M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ekipleri taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen planl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla bir y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde 261 bin 578 metrekarelik alan\u0131 kapsayan 43.6 kilometre yeni yolla bulu\u015fan Ku\u015fadas\u0131, y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen ya\u011fmur suyu hatt\u0131, bord\u00fcr ve kald\u0131r\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ile de her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir alt ve \u00fcstyap\u0131ya kavu\u015ftu. Ba\u015fkan \u00d6mer G\u00fcnel\u2019in ilk be\u015f y\u0131ll\u0131k hizmet d\u00f6neminde T\u00fcrkmen, \u0130ki\u00e7e\u015fmelik ve Davutlar Mahalleleri ile Eski Ku\u015fadas\u0131 olarak an\u0131lan b\u00f6lgenin alt ve \u00fcst yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 yenileyen Ku\u015fadas\u0131 Belediyesi, 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda yol yap\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 De\u011firmendere ve Karaova gibi kentin yeni geli\u015fmekte olan b\u00f6lgeleri ile Kad\u0131nlar Denizi ve T\u00fcrkmen gibi turistik ve merkezi b\u00f6lgelerde yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ku\u015fadas\u0131 Belediyesi, 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla De\u011firmendere Mahallesi\u2019ne 14 bin 160 metrekaresi s\u0131cak asfalt, 42 bin 657 metrekaresi kilit parke, 9 bin 543 metrekaresi ise sathi kaplama olmak \u00fczere 66 bin 360 metrekarelik alana sahip 11 kilometre uzunlu\u011funda yeni yol kazand\u0131rd\u0131. 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda en fazla yol yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lan ikinci b\u00f6lge ise kentin turizm merkezi Kad\u0131nlar Denizi Mahallesi oldu. Kad\u0131nlar Denizi, 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda 40 bin 587 metrekarelik alanda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla 6.76 kilometre yeni yol ile bulu\u015ftu.
