\u00d6nemli bir toplumsal katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacak olan bu protokol, denetimli serbestlik tedbiri uygulanan y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fclere ve eski h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fclere ki\u015fisel geli\u015fim ve iyile\u015ftirme sa\u011flamay\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yor. Protokol kapsam\u0131nda bir\u00e7ok \u00f6nemli faaliyetin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilece\u011fini belirten Rekt\u00f6r Prof. Dr. Sava\u015f, “Bu faaliyetler aras\u0131nda e\u011fitim ve iyile\u015ftirme faaliyetleri, \u00e7ocuklara y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131kla m\u00fccadele, sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel faaliyetler gibi geni\u015f bir yelpazede projeler yer alacak. Ayn\u0131 zamanda, denetimli serbestlik m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc personeline y\u00f6nelik destekleyici e\u011fitim programlar\u0131 da geli\u015ftirilecek. Bu t\u00fcr i\u015f birlikleri, toplumun refah\u0131 ve huzuru i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m.
