Elde edilen bilgiler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda hem vatanda\u015flar\u0131n olas\u0131 tsunami olaylar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 tahliye edilmesi hem de di\u011fer \u00f6nlemlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kapsaml\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek.<br \/>\n<br \/>Ege Denizi\u2019nde son g\u00fcnlerde meydana gelen depremler, \u0130zmir\u2019de tsunami riskini de bir kez daha g\u00fcndeme getirdi. Deprem Master Plan\u0131 i\u00e7in altl\u0131k olu\u015fturacak yap\u0131 envanteri, depremsellik-tsunami ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 ve mikrob\u00f6lgeleme et\u00fct \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcren \u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Cevdet Yal\u00e7\u0131ner y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde ODT\u00dc\u2019den 10 akademisyenle tsunami olaylar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 tehlike analizi modellemesini de tamamlad\u0131. Buna g\u00f6re \u0130zmir\u2019in 600 kilometrelik k\u0131y\u0131 \u015feridi ve k\u0131y\u0131ya biti\u015fik b\u00fct\u00fcn il\u00e7eleri i\u00e7in olas\u0131 tsunami bask\u0131nlar\u0131 hesaplanarak modelleme yap\u0131ld\u0131. Elde edilen t\u00fcm bilgiler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda vatanda\u015flar\u0131n tahliye edilmesi i\u00e7in haritaland\u0131rma yap\u0131l\u0131p ka\u00e7\u0131\u015f yollar\u0131 i\u00e7in tabelalar haz\u0131rlanacak. Ayr\u0131ca di\u011fer \u00f6nlemler masaya yat\u0131r\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n<p>Veri taban\u0131 olu\u015fturuldu, modelleme yap\u0131ld\u0131, harita \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131ld\u0131<br \/>\n<br \/>Deprem Risk Y\u00f6netimi ve Kentsel \u0130yile\u015ftirme Dairesi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Eylem Uluta\u015f Ayatar, \u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi\u2019nin k\u0131y\u0131 alanlar\u0131nda olas\u0131 tsunami olaylar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 tehlike analizlerini tamamlad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirterek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ili\u015fkin \u015fu bilgileri aktard\u0131: &#8220;\u00d6ncelikle tsunami olu\u015fturabilecek kaynak mekanizmas\u0131n\u0131n ve etki alan\u0131ndaki tesislerin belirlendi\u011fi bir veri taban\u0131 olu\u015fturduk. Ard\u0131ndan kayna\u011f\u0131 dikkate alarak tsunami modellemesini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. Tsunami dalgalar\u0131n\u0131n karadaki ilerleyi\u015fi, ak\u0131m derinlikleri, tehlike da\u011f\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131 ve son olarak bask\u0131n haritalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 elde ettik.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Tsunami riskine dair t\u00fcm bilgiler mevcut<br \/>\n<br \/>&#8220;\u0130zmir olarak hem deprem hem de tsunami a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bir risk alt\u0131nda oldu\u011fumuzu ifade edebiliriz ancak \u00f6nemli olan bu riski tan\u0131mlamak ve buna kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6nlem almak&#8221; diyen Eylem Uluta\u015f Ayatar, \u0130zmir k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131nda tsunami ile ilgili bilinmesi gereken her t\u00fcrl\u00fc bilgiye sahip olduklar\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. \u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi olarak bu bilgiler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fcklerini kaydeden Eylem Uluta\u015f Ayatar, &#8220;Bu a\u015famadan sonra hem vatanda\u015flar\u0131n bilgilendirilmesi i\u00e7in tabelalar haz\u0131rlanacak hem de yap\u0131sal ya da yap\u0131sal olmayan \u00f6nlemlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131 noktas\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek&#8221; bilgisini verdi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130zmir\u2019in k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131 mercek alt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131<br \/>\n<br \/>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc Orta Do\u011fu Teknik \u00dcniversitesi \u0130n\u015faat M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc K\u0131y\u0131 ve Deniz M\u00fchendisli\u011fi Dal\u0131 emekli \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. Ahmet Cevdet Yal\u00e7\u0131ner de \u0130zmir i\u00e7in modelleme a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 bir tsunami tehlike analizi yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. \u0130zmir\u2019in 600 kilometrelik k\u0131y\u0131 \u015feridi \u00fczerine \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve denize biti\u015fik b\u00fct\u00fcn il\u00e7eler i\u00e7in olas\u0131 tsunami bask\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n hesaplamas\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 kaydeden Yal\u00e7\u0131ner, &#8220;Bunu yapmak i\u00e7in \u00e7ok sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir veri taban\u0131 olu\u015fturmam\u0131z gerekti\u011finden \u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi ile i\u015f birli\u011fi halinde ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 ve y\u00fcksek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fckl\u00fc batimetri ve topografik veri taban\u0131 haz\u0131rland\u0131. Denizdeki faylar\u0131n tsunami olu\u015fturma potansiyellerine ve \u00f6zelliklerine g\u00f6re k\u0131y\u0131lardaki bask\u0131n alanlar\u0131n hesaplamalar\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131. Her bir il\u00e7e i\u00e7in olas\u0131 bask\u0131n alanlar\u0131 haritalanm\u0131\u015f olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131&#8221; bilgisini verdi.<\/p>\n<p>Tahliye haritalar\u0131 olu\u015fturulup ka\u00e7\u0131\u015f yollar\u0131 i\u00e7in tabelalar haz\u0131rlanacak<br \/>\n<br \/>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma kapsam\u0131nda, elde edilen haritalar \u00fczerinden tsunaminin etkili olmas\u0131 beklenen yerlerde etki azalt\u0131c\u0131 yap\u0131sal \u00f6nlemler, bunun i\u00e7in k\u0131y\u0131lara baz\u0131 yap\u0131lar\u0131n yerle\u015ftirilip yerle\u015ftirilemeyece\u011fi, bu yap\u0131lar\u0131n maliyetleri ve performanslar\u0131 gibi pek \u00e7ok konu incelendi. Bu incelemeler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda vatanda\u015flara y\u00f6nelik yap\u0131lacak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 aktaran Yal\u00e7\u0131ner, &#8220;\u0130nsanlar\u0131n tsunami etkisine kar\u015f\u0131 neler yapabilece\u011fi ile ilgili fark\u0131ndal\u0131k art\u0131rma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yap\u0131lacak ve tsunami k\u0131y\u0131lara geldi\u011finde bask\u0131n ya\u015fanacak b\u00f6lgelerden nas\u0131l tahliye olaca\u011f\u0131na ili\u015fkin haritalar olu\u015fturulacak. Tahliye haritalar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak k\u0131y\u0131larda bilgi panolar\u0131 ile ka\u00e7\u0131\u015f yollar\u0131n\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli b\u00f6lgeleri g\u00f6steren tabelalar haz\u0131rlanacak&#8221; ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130zmir \u00f6rnek olacak<br \/>\n<br \/>\u0130zmir\u2019de yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n benzerinin \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi taraf\u0131ndan Marmara k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131ndaki il\u00e7eler i\u00e7in tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatan Yal\u00e7\u0131ner, &#8220;O \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, UNESCO taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma olarak g\u00f6sterildi. Bu kez ayn\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u0130zmir\u2019in 600 kilometrelik k\u0131y\u0131 \u015feridinde yap\u0131ld\u0131. Bundan sonraki ad\u0131mlar\u0131 da \u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi ile i\u015f birli\u011fi halinde y\u00fcr\u00fctece\u011fiz. \u0130stanbul \u0130zmir\u2019e \u00f6rnek oldu, \u0130zmir de sadece ba\u015fka illerimize de\u011fil d\u00fcnyadaki \u015fehirlere \u00f6rnek olacakt\u0131r. \u2018Tsunamiye Haz\u0131r Kentler\u2019 aras\u0131nda yer almak i\u00e7in UNESCO\u2019nun \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131n ad\u0131m ad\u0131m sa\u011flanmas\u0131 yolunda \u00e7ok ileri mesafeler kat ettik. Kalan k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 da tamamlayaca\u011f\u0131z&#8221; diye belirtti.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;30 metreleri a\u015fan tsunami olaylar\u0131 Ege Denizi\u2019nde olmaz&#8221;<br \/>\n<br \/>\u0130zmir\u2019de tsunami konusunda en riskli b\u00f6lgelerin k\u0131y\u0131ya yak\u0131n ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck kotlu alanlar oldu\u011funu, bu alanlarda da yerle\u015fimin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Yal\u00e7\u0131ner, s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc: &#8220;\u00c7ok say\u0131da insan\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Alsancak gibi b\u00f6lgelerde tahliye yollar\u0131 i\u00e7in tabelalar haz\u0131rlanacak. Vatanda\u015flar\u0131n da bu tabelalar\u0131n fark\u0131nda olmas\u0131 \u00f6nemli. Okyanuslarda, Japonya\u2019da ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi 30 metreleri a\u015fan tsunami olaylar\u0131 Ege k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131nda olmaz. Ege Denizi, okyanuslara g\u00f6re daha s\u0131\u011fd\u0131r. Olu\u015facak 7\u2019den b\u00fcy\u00fck deprem ya da ba\u015fka olaylar tsunami yarat\u0131r. Bu olaylarda \u0130zmir k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131na dalgan\u0131n gelmesi i\u00e7in bir zaman gerekir. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de erken uyar\u0131 sistemi kurulmu\u015f durumda ve Kandilli Rasathanesi Deprem Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezi taraf\u0131mdan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Tsunami olaylar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 UNESCO ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan Kandilli Rasathanesi uyar\u0131 mesajlar\u0131n\u0131 veriyor. Haber geldikten sonra tsunami yakla\u015fana kadar k\u0131y\u0131lardan uzakla\u015fmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn.&#8221;<br \/>\n<br \/>Dalgan\u0131n h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n insan\u0131n ko\u015fma h\u0131z\u0131ndan fazla oldu\u011funu da s\u00f6yleyen Yal\u00e7\u0131ner, bu y\u00fczden beklemeden uzakla\u015fmak gerekti\u011fini vurgulad\u0131. Yal\u00e7\u0131ner, &#8220;Bir kaptan denizde ise 50 metreden derin suya gitmeli. Tsunaminin genel habercisi, denizin yava\u015f yava\u015f \u00e7ekilmesidir&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Olas\u0131 volkanik patlama sonucunda tsunami, T\u00fcrkiye k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131na ula\u015fmayacak&#8221;<br \/>\n<br \/>Son g\u00fcnlerde Ege Denizi\u2019nde meydana gelen depremler ve volkanik patlama olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerine de de\u011ferlendirmede bulunan Yal\u00e7\u0131ner, &#8220;Ege Denizi\u2019nde say\u0131s\u0131 2 bini ge\u00e7en depremler ya\u015fan\u0131yor. Bu depremler b\u00fcy\u00fck bir depremin \u00f6nc\u00fcleri olabilir. Bu depremler bir etki yapmayabilir ya da depremlerin oldu\u011fu yerde bir denizalt\u0131 volkan\u0131 patlayabilir. O da bir tsunami yaratabilir. Yola \u00e7\u0131kan tsunami, Ege Denizi\u2019nde dola\u015f\u0131p bizim k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131za gelebilir. T\u00fcm bu alternatiflere bak\u0131p bu durumun da modellemesini yapt\u0131k. \u0130zmir k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n bu olaylarda olu\u015fabilecek tsunamiye kar\u015f\u0131 riskli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sonucuna vard\u0131k. Yani \u0130zmir ve kuzeyindeki T\u00fcrkiye k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131na, oradan \u00e7\u0131kacak tsunami dalgalar\u0131 ula\u015fmayacak veya ula\u015fsa da etki bak\u0131m\u0131ndan zay\u0131f kalacakt\u0131r&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<br \/>\n<br \/>30 Ekim 2020\u2019de Sisam Adas\u0131\u2019nda ya\u015fanan 6.6 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcndeki depremin ard\u0131ndan Seferihisar S\u0131\u011fac\u0131k Mahallesi\u2019nde tsunami ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Tsunami etkisiyle bir ki\u015fi ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitirirken bal\u0131k\u00e7\u0131 bar\u0131na\u011f\u0131 ve marinaya ba\u011fl\u0131 tekneler batm\u0131\u015f, sahil \u015feridindeki ev ve i\u015f yerlerinde hasar meydana gelmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Kapsaml\u0131 bir deprem \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma program\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor<br \/>\n<br \/>\u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, kenti afetle diren\u00e7li hale getirmek, do\u011fayla uyumlu ve g\u00fcvenli ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131 olu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na d\u00f6rt koldan devam ediyor. Deprem Master Plan\u0131 i\u00e7in altl\u0131k olu\u015fturacak yap\u0131 envanteri, depremsellik-tsunami ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 ve mikrob\u00f6lgeleme et\u00fct \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda g\u00fcvenli bir kent i\u00e7in gerekli veriler elde edilmi\u015f olacak. T\u00fcm ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 entegre edilerek deprem etkisinde yap\u0131-zemin etkile\u015fimi en ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i \u015fekilde analiz edilecek. Deprem tehlike haritas\u0131 ile yerle\u015fime uygunluk haritalar\u0131 olu\u015fturulacak. K\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131 etkileyecek tsunami tehlikesine kar\u015f\u0131 gerekli \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nacak.<br \/>\n<br \/>\u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, yap\u0131 stoku \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda Bornova ve Bayrakl\u0131\u2019da yakla\u015f\u0131k 100 bin binan\u0131n envanterini \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmayla yap\u0131lar\u0131n deprem s\u0131ras\u0131ndaki davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 belirlenerek, binaya ili\u015fkin her t\u00fcrl\u00fc bilginin yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kimlik belgesi olu\u015fturuldu. Yap\u0131 envanteri \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7inde Kar\u015f\u0131yaka\u2019da bulunan 22 bin 767 konut i\u00e7in devam edecek.<br \/>\n<br \/>\u0130zmir il merkezini referans alan 100 kilometre yar\u0131\u00e7apl\u0131 alanda s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen &#8220;\u0130zmir \u0130li Depremsellik Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 Projesi&#8221; ise hala \u00fclkemizin en geni\u015f ve kapsaml\u0131 deprem ara\u015ft\u0131rma projesi olarak biliniyor.  Proje tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u0130zmir\u2019in gelecekte ka\u00e7 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde depremle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kalabilece\u011fine, yap\u0131lar\u0131 etkisi alt\u0131na alacak deprem ivmesinin olas\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne, depremlerin y\u00fczey faylanmas\u0131 yaratma riski ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131p ta\u015f\u0131mad\u0131\u011f\u0131na, k\u0131y\u0131larda olu\u015fabilecek olas\u0131 tsunami senaryolar\u0131na ili\u015fkin somut bilgiler elde edilmi\u015f olacak.<br \/>\n<br \/>Mikrob\u00f6lgeleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla da \u0130zmir\u2019in zemin yap\u0131s\u0131 inceleniyor. 30 Ekim \u0130zmir Depremi\u2019nden en \u00e7ok etkilenen Bornova baseninin (Bayrakl\u0131, Konak, Bornova \u0130l\u00e7elerini kapsayan) zemin yap\u0131s\u0131 ve basen etkisi d\u00e2hil davran\u0131\u015f \u00f6zelliklerinin ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar h\u0131zla devam ediyor. Bornova mikrob\u00f6lgeleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda 7 bin 12 hektarl\u0131k alanda yakla\u015f\u0131k 1500 adet sondaj kuyusu a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130l\u00e7ede y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar tamamlanmak \u00fczere.<br \/>\n<br \/>Yak\u0131n bir zamanda Kar\u015f\u0131yaka il\u00e7esinde mikrob\u00f6lgeleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ba\u015flat\u0131lacak.
