Maltepe Belediyesi, Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 mimar Esin K\u00f6ymen\u2019in talimat\u0131yla kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm bilgilendirme noktalar\u0131 a\u00e7t\u0131. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckyal\u0131 ve G\u00fclensu\u2019da kurulan noktalarda Plan ve Proje, Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ve \u0130mar ve \u015eehircilik m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerinin teknik ekipleri vatanda\u015flara kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm noktas\u0131nda bilgi vermeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Bu noktalarda imar planlar\u0131, imar durumlar\u0131, bakanl\u0131k\u00e7a verilen maddi destek kampanyalar\u0131, kira yard\u0131m\u0131, kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmle ilgili avantajlar ve vatanda\u015flar\u0131n kendi bina veya arsalar\u0131nda nas\u0131l do\u011fru uygulamalar yapabilecekleri gibi bilgiler veriliyor.<\/p>\n

Bu iki noktadan bir tanesi K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckyal\u0131, Adnan Kahveci \u00f6n\u00fcndeki t\u0131r, bir di\u011fer nokta ise G\u00fclensu mahalle muhtarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerindeki dernek binas\u0131. Biz burada imar planlar\u0131, kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm hakk\u0131nda \u00f6\u011frenmek istedikleri t\u00fcm sorular\u0131 yan\u0131tlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.
