Ancak t\u00fcm yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131na yap\u0131lan yat\u0131r\u0131mlarda YEKDEM\u2019den yararlan\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in 31 Aral\u0131k 2030 tarihine kadar i\u015fletmeye al\u0131nma ko\u015fulu olmas\u0131, jeotermal yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck belirsizlik olu\u015fturuyor.<\/p>\n<p>31 Aral\u0131k 2030 k\u0131s\u0131t\u0131<br \/>\n<br \/>Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 YEKDEM takvimi sorununu de\u011ferlendiren Jeotermal Enerji Derne\u011fi (JED) Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ali K\u0131ndap, 1 May\u0131s 2023 tarihli Resmi Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131mlanan 7189 say\u0131l\u0131 Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 karar\u0131 ile 31 Aral\u0131k 2030 tarihine kadar i\u015fletmeye al\u0131nacak yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131na dayal\u0131 YEK Belgeli elektrik \u00fcretim tesisleri i\u00e7in destekleme mekanizmas\u0131n\u0131 i\u015fletilece\u011fini an\u0131msatarak, bu durumun ivmelenme a\u015famas\u0131nda olan jeotermal yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcndeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck engel oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131.<br \/>\n<br \/>Jeotermal enerjinin r\u00fczg\u00e2r ve g\u00fcne\u015f gibi yenilenebilir kaynaklara g\u00f6re \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 dinamikleri oldu\u011funu kaydeden K\u0131ndap, \u015fu de\u011ferlendirmeyi yapt\u0131: \u201c1 May\u0131s 2023 tarihi itibar\u0131yla ba\u015flayan ve bizim \u2018\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc YEKDEM\u2019 olarak adland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z s\u00fcre\u00e7te jeotermal enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n te\u015fvik s\u00fcresi 10 y\u0131ldan 15 y\u0131la \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131. Bu s\u00fcre uzat\u0131m\u0131 sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz i\u00e7in ya\u015famsal \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yordu. Ancak bu te\u015fvikten yararlanmak i\u00e7in santrallerin 31 Aral\u0131k 2030 tarihine kadar i\u015fletmeye al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Jeotermal enerjiye yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmak isteyen yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z; lisans, izin, ruhsat, arazi al\u0131m\u0131, \u00c7ED, sondaj, kaynak verimlili\u011finin saptanmas\u0131, santralin in\u015fas\u0131 ve devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131 a\u015famalar\u0131n\u0131 en iyimser ihtimalle be\u015f y\u0131lda tamamlayabiliyor. Bug\u00fcn pek \u00e7ok yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 \u015firketin jeotermal enerjiye yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmak istedi\u011fini biliyoruz. Ancak 30 Aral\u0131k 2030 tarihe kadar yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 devreye alamama ihtimali yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131y\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Bug\u00fcnk\u00fc mevzuata g\u00f6re, bug\u00fcn jeotermale yat\u0131r\u0131m yapma karar\u0131 veren pek \u00e7ok yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131n\u0131n YEKDEM kapsam\u0131na girmesi teknik olarak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayacak.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>2025 sonunda jeotarmal kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn y\u00fczde 36\u2019s\u0131 YEKDEM d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda<br \/>\n<br \/>Bu konudaki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve \u00f6nerilerini ilgili t\u00fcm kamu otoriteleri ile payla\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6zlerine ekleyen JED Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ali K\u0131ndap, sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn bir di\u011fer \u00f6nemli sorununun on y\u0131ll\u0131k YEKDEM s\u00fcresini tamamlayan santraller oldu\u011funu belirtti.<br \/>\n<br \/>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u201c2053 Net S\u0131f\u0131r\u201d vizyonu yolculu\u011funda jeotermalin anahtar rol \u00fcstlendi\u011fini an\u0131msatan K\u0131ndap, s\u00fcrelerini tamamlayarak te\u015fvik sisteminden \u00e7\u0131kan santrallerin yerine, en az ayn\u0131 kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7te yeni yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine i\u015faret etti.<br \/>\n<br \/>K\u0131ndap, 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn y\u00fczde 11\u2019ine kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k gelen 163 MW jeotermal santralin YEKDEM\u2019den \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bu y\u0131l ise 115 MW kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn YEKDEM d\u0131\u015f\u0131 kalaca\u011f\u0131 bilgisini verdi.<br \/>\n<br \/>2016-2025 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda toplamda 620 MW santralin destek sisteminden \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131na, bunun toplam kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn y\u00fczde 36\u2019s\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k geldi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken Ali K\u0131ndap, te\u015fvik kapsam\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kan santrallerin yerine devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131 planlanan proje sto\u011funun hen\u00fcz planlama a\u015famas\u0131nda oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi.<\/p>\n<p>YEKDEM\u2019den \u00e7\u0131kandan daha fazlas\u0131 sisteme girmeli<br \/>\n<br \/>Ali K\u0131ndap, s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc: \u201cJeotermal kaynakl\u0131 elektrik enerjisi kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcnde d\u00fcnyan\u0131n 4\u2019\u00fcnc\u00fc, Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n birinci \u00fclkesi olan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin son \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131ldaki kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 art\u0131\u015f\u0131 neredeyse s\u0131f\u0131r seviyesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz uyku durumundan \u00e7\u0131karak yeniden yat\u0131r\u0131m s\u00fcrecine ad\u0131m at\u0131yor, 2010-2020 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki yat\u0131r\u0131m heyecan\u0131n\u0131  yeniden tatmak istiyor. YEKDEM kapsam\u0131ndaki proje sto\u011funun azalmas\u0131, sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz i\u00e7in bir risk. Sistemden \u00e7ikandan daha fazlasi sisteme girmeli. Ba\u015fta demir \u00e7elik sekt\u00f6r\u00fc olmak \u00fczere, farkl\u0131 sekt\u00f6rlerde yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 olan \u015firketler de jeotermali yat\u0131r\u0131m ajandalar\u0131na alm\u0131\u015f durumdalar. Bu geli\u015fmeleri mutlulukla izliyoruz. Ancak jeotermal enerji, r\u00fczg\u00e2r ya da g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi gibi k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede kurularak devreye al\u0131nan bir enerji t\u00fcr\u00fc de\u011fil.
